Servizio di spedizione

dopo tanto tempo sono ancora poco organizzati per il servizio ai propri clienti. personale scortese e non disponibile. non si spiega come mai l'attività non sia ancora chiusa (non mancherà molto). assolutamente da evitare

Veramente poco affidabili . Ho chiesto esplicitamente di spedire con Fedex, che in un giorno consegna in America, e invece mi hanno spedito con DHL che ha una resa di 7 gg. su questa zona. Tra l altro a DHL sono abbonata e x questo avrei speso 10 euro in meno oltre ad essermi risparmiata la rottura di portargli la busta dato che ho anche il ritiro fisso.La scusa dell'errore umano non mi pare accettabile quando lo chiedi esplicitamente e evidenzi in arancione, sul documento di prenotazione, che vuoi Fedex.Comunque adesso il danno me lo becco io.Lo sconsiglio.

Dopo aver contattato DHL locale qui a Trieste per una richiesta di un ritiro pacco in Sicilia, non si sono fatti più vivi! Non hanno bisogno di lavorare?

Absolutely horrible service. Delayed the pick up of my storage boxes when I made the arrangements and did nothing to try and find a solution and picked up my boxes after I had left the country. Then when I came back and needed my boxes back again they did not deliver on the day the said they would and mixed it up and sent just one of the boxes after making me pay a fee of €69,50€. As well as did not reply to my emails on time or pick up the phone and when they did (English speaker option mind you) they claimed they did not speak English and to write them another email and then when they promised they would deliver them the next day they said that would be late as well.When asked to call at least 30 minutes before they were on their way they said that was not up to them even though they have direct contact with the courier service. Did not even reply to my email about a refund or at the least a discount price after everything they did.

Personale molto disponibile, gentile, efficiente e veloce. Servizio di spedizioni ottimo senza intoppi. Hanno anche un buonissimo servizio di traslochi. Super consigliato!
