I made a booking on agoda website and after booking confirmation I was waiting for couple of days with no contact details from the resort. I had a email address on booking confirmation and I send couple of emails but no response. I manage in the last day before the flight to get in contact with them, they told me that they tried to call me (lies because I didn't provide any phone numbers, also the phone number from google address was not real ) and I was told that late check in is €40(on the phone was a bit confuzing as I didn't get it if this 40 is per total 2 adulds and 1 kid or per person) and more € for pool, showers, liners, towels, gas, electricity, air conditioner, etc. I told them that I don't need all this services but they insist that is mandatory to pay around €330 .. already paying 329 for booking. When I made the booking nothing was specified about all this extra costs. The lady on the phone insisted that she told me about this extra costs but again, we never spoked!!! Also I was told when I arrive there to call a number and someone will come to give us the keys and the extra to be paid in cash. Is ridiculous and unacceptable. No refund made either! Avoid!!!! Is a big masive SCAM!

Località stupenda ma condizioni delle camere pessime. Uno dei pochi posti che sul web si vende a poco ma sul posto paghi tutto: 60€ pulizie finali, 15€ al giorno per l'aria condizionata, asciugamani non inclusi (da pagare).Un po' deluso

+ : personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute et serviable. Navette pour la plage très pratique et bien organisée, belles piscines ,bonne pizza au restaurant.- : dommage de n'être pas averti avant notre arrivée du l'obligation du bonnet de bain à la piscine, cuisine peu équipée ( linge et éponge à acheter à nos frais) papier toilette 1 rouleau donné et ensuite doit acheter soi même au minimarket ou ailleurs
