Residenza San Fermo Verona

Lo consiglio per la sua ottima posizione,ambienti molto puliti ed arredati con gusto, l'unica pecca è che ci sono alcuni ambienti in comune (cucina e stanza da pranzo)ed una stanza ha il bagno privato esterno,però tutto ripagato dal ottima pulizia come ho già detto....

È stato un soggiorno al top bellissima camera da letto per non parlare dello stupendo bagno ottima zona in comune a due passi dal centro di certo quando tornerò a Verona Sarò lieto di ritornarci e soprattutto di fare un'ottima pubblicità sia per l'accoglienza che per tutto il resto infatti le 5 stelle non bastano per apprezzare questa meravigliosa Residenza San Fermo

It is a shame that staying in this otherwise lovely room was marred by misleading information. Firstly the payment was taken before we arrived so we were not able to use the Revolut card we had loaded especially for the trip. (Booking say payment would be taken when we got to the hotel and not beforehand). Secondly, the owner directed us to Paradiso Parking but it was not €10 a day and a 5 minute walk away. (NB. it doesn’t take cards). Thirdly the listed dishwasher, oven and hob were present but unavailable to use which we only discovered after we’d done our grocery shopping (wine or champagne is also listed but absent).  When we asked how to turn the gas on for the hob the owner simply said it was not included in our booking despite it being listed in black & white on the website. On a side note, be careful of the electrics in the kitchen. There are not enough sockets or 3 pin adapters for all the appliances and some socket’s rocker switches do not turn off. Fourthly, although check in time is listed until 8pm new guests checked in at 10:45pm. The woman checking them in made no attempt to keep the noise down, giving the full briefing right outside our bedroom door. She switched on the hall lights which she should have known also brightly lit up our bedroom. This not surprisingly woke us up. (Early I know but we had an early flight next day). I am not blaming the new guests. When staying in a hotel or any other shared accommodation (this is an apartment with 2 bedrooms sold separately) one must accept and respect other guests. Indeed when they returned from their evening out after 01:30 they were very careful to be quiet. (I know this because when awoken I cannot get back to sleep). It was the management doing the late check-in that was poor. Others have said how nice the place is. I agree, it could be a good choice if it wasn’t for all these negatives.

La sig.a è molto disponibile. Appartamento finemente arredato e con vista oanoram8ca su Verona. Tornerò.

Apartmán se nachází 200 m od Areny a opravdu kousíček od Casa di Giulietta, majitel vstřícný, je to be szarém paláci ve 3.patře , ocení to turisti,co jdou za historií a co milují Itálii..krásný zrekonstruovaný apartmán, 2 ložnice- každá má svoji koupelnu(krásnou)společný nádherný velký obývák,perfektně po italsku vybavená kuchyň plná dobrot na italskou snídani...vše na sladký způsob,lednice plná,ale doslova..jogurtama,džusama,mlékem.Pak spostu druhů musli,tlustový chléb,marmelády,croasány..atd..kávovar na tablety,rychlovarná konvice a rozpustná káva.Za mě super,atmosféra ubytování,italská snídani..majitel super.jednou se vrátím.
