The experience in the hostal was amazing! The staff was so nice, specially Ahmed, who was super helpful and always tried to make things easier for us. Everything was clean and the location is perfect, really really close to Termini. We will come back!

While its not too flash its also just about the cheapest in Rome! The staff were super accommodating when I was a bit stuck without a wallet. And for a bed and somewhere to sleep it is absolutely perfect!

Like many others I also have to admit that this place is run by people who only care about money, I wanted to leave my bag there for a few hours, the guy told me that he would charge me 5 euro. I then said never mind, to wich he said ok of you leave them here till 13:00 its for free. I proceeded and came back at 12:55. The door was locked and my key couldn't open the door. I started knocking and someone opened the door and demanded 5 euro from me, to wich I replied: 'look at the clock', I picked up my stuff and left, didn't even get a goodbye from them.....

This is literally the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are horrible. They give 1 fan for 5 people in the middle of summer. Its pretty inhumane. I would recommend something else. For a couple euros more a night u can get a hostel that is 40000x better.

It’s cheap, close to the train station, and clean. Zidan, the staff member, was super nice and kind. Definitely a good hostel for your money!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una notte, la posizione è ottima e vicinissima alla stazione. I proprietari sono cordiali e ti lasciano le chiavi per poter rientrare all’ora che vuoi. Non sarà il miglior hotel in quella zona, ma per passare una/due notti va più che bene. Mancano asciugami, sapone e carta igienica. Non è un hotel, ma un affittacamere.

I was a bit afraid to book a room here, given the reviews. It was also slightly difficult to locate the hotel. It is in the first floor and the signage is small. But look for hotel aurora, this is in the same building as Hi Termini. The good thing is there is someone at the reception always. The room was very spacious and the bed was good. The bathrooms were clean as well, but not attached. I think a very decent option to spend one or two nights. Much better than my experiences with other hostels. The WiFi do work.

Ho scoperto il giorno stesso che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata. Il ragazzo alla reception mi ha detto soltanto Mi dispiace non ci sono altre camere". Leggendo le altre recensioni
