We had extremly bad experience with this agency. They took the money and did not send a confirmation letter. We kept writing them about this situation for 3 weeks. But our e-mails were ignored or we got insulted buy Alessandro Melis from AioSardegna. They have stolen 500 euros of deposit. Never deal with this agency if you don't want to lose your money and spoil your holidays!
