Hotel Isola Bella

L’unico punto di forza la posizione della struttura…poi tutto e veramente obsoleto sia camere sia la piscina ma in generale tutta la struttura… pernotto di due notti di cui uno passato senza acqua… assurdo

L'hotel si presenta in una posizione fantastica forse la migliore tra tutti. La struttura non è recente, le camere e gli spazi comuni avrebbero bisogno di una bella restaurata. È presente in una terrazza vista mare una bellissima piscina purtroppo non molto curata, con lettini e ombrelloni. Il personale è tutto molto professionale e simpatico, abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza.

Even though the hotel needs to be redone as it’s outdated, the customer service was phenomenal, the breakfast was good and the view can’t be beat! Out AC unit stopped working and when I went up to ask if someone could take a look they immediately moved us to a better room with no hesitation. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Friendly staff, amazing view, lovely swimming pool, but my gosh... the beds and the noise of the other rooms were tough to deal with! The beds are hard and the walls are paper thin. Both visitors and the cleaning staff would be up and running at 7 AM. The hotel's location is also next to a busy road and train track. Luckily the train doesn't pass during nighttime. Make sure you bring noise cancelling ear buds. Breakfast was simple but enough.

L’hotel si trova sicuramente in una posizione ottimale. Si raggiunge facilmente la spiaggia, la funivia e anche un parcheggio privato.Il personale é gentile, tuttavia la struttura è vecchia e non molto curata.La Porta del bagno della nostra camera era super rumorosa, si vedeva una riparazione con cemento davvero anti estetica.Il climatizzatore molto rumoroso.La colazione non offriva una vasta scelta rispetto a quello a cui sono abituata a vedere quando vado in vacanza. Era però tutto fresco.L’area piscina veramente super trascurata.Il mio fidanzato si è appoggiato a bordo piscina e si è trovato con delle macchie di colore difficili da rimuovere. Le docce hanno la ruggine.Mi auguro che presto questa struttura possa essere rinnovata perché potrebbe essere veramente Il top

L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottima. Purtroppo le camere non sono all’altezza della posizione in quanto sono sprovviste di condizionatore, le coperte sono squallide e il bagno è molto piccolo.Sinceramente non tornerò

Ottimo hotel situato in una posizione strategica di fronte isolabella, ne vale la pena soggiornarvi

It’s good enough considering the price and that Taormina is a pretty expensive place. The location was good for going to the beach, and to visit the town itself you might need to take the funicular (€12 round trip). The staff was really nice and super helpful!On the other hand, the building really needs renovation: the facade is decaying and the furniture in the room is decades old. The air conditioning doesn’t handle the summer heat that well. The pool is okay and kept as clean as possible by the staff, but you can see it needs updating as well.We enjoyed staying there for a few nights and we appreciate the service of everyone who works there. If you are on a budget, this can be a good option. But I also hope the owners realise that a coat of paint and a few renovations would make it a much more pleasant place.
