Camere ancora con la moquette e tende pesanti, impianto di condizionamento obsoleto. Non il massimo per chi è allergico. Ottimo il servizio, personale gentile ed efficiente. Ottima la colazione. Posizione un po' defilata rispetto al centro, comunque facilmente raggiungibile. zona silenziosa.

Concert/couple travel: I'm rating this 4 stars just because we did had a great stay and the hotel has great potential, despite the A/C not working and the poor welcoming at reception and check in process. I would stay again if I have to, since it was a great deal cost wise. If the A/C was working and if we have had a different receptionist welcoming us, I'd definitely rate 5/5 and book again for future gigs.Positive: Best breakfast we've had in Italy, BF staff friendly and prepared, cozy and quiet room, location based on the Alcatraz Venue (15 min w/distance) and reception area, looks very nice. The surroundings are safe from an Italian point of view, at night I wouldn't reccommend to walk around but just like any other place/country.Negative: 1. Lack of professionalism, experience and customer service at reception. No welcoming whatsoever, nor information at the check in, in fact I had to ask everything myself, no ownership and zero instructions, be careful if leaving your luggage on desk, since no one will be on top of it, worth to mention they do not label your bags and anyone can get behind desk and take stuff out of bags, I had to do it a few times. The welcoming and check in experience was something you would expect from a 2 star hotel.2. A/C not working, it was very hot but I understand these things can happen.Since I'm aware that reviews are meant to help future guest by providing them with a customer point of you of the hotel, I will skip a lot of details, if the hotel is interested I can provide all details including the staff involved. Hopefully a serious feedback to the young lady who checked us in would help her on her professional growth and more importantly help the hotel on providing a normal standard of the category they are listed in. I must mention that I noticed not all members at reception are like this, others are clearly more experienced and willing to assist.

A poca distanza dalla stazione Maciachini della linea gialla della metropolitana, grande struttura con bella reception, molto curata e verde. Stanza ampia ed elegante, con comodo bagno. Colazione ottima. Gentilezza del personale sempre assicurata.

Io capisco che ci possono essere guasti ma è molto grave non sistemare l'aria condizionata in piena estate e soprattutto non avvisare e trovare una alternativa.Le persone pagano gli alberghi per i servizi che danno.Sono arrivato in camera alle 8 la sera in una camera con esposizione al sole ...ci saranno stati 40 gradi almeno in camera....120 euro a notte per un servizio del genere non mi era mai capitato.Alla reception hanno chiesto scusa ma questo non rende la notte passata in albergo gradevole.

Albergo strategico per le nostre necessità. Grande la veduta dal 10° piano. Prima colazione ben organizzata. Camera accogliente e soprattutto pulitissima, nota di merito alla signora cubana" attenta e scrupolosa nelle pulizie e nell'ordinare la stanza (10 e lode)."

Ho soggiornato di recente un paio di volte, comodo in quanto proprio vicino a una delle sedi dell'azienda, camera pulita, frigo bar un pò scarso come varietà, ieri sera sono arrivato alle 9 e il ristorante non era aperto, inoltre alla receptions ci hanno messo oltre 15 minuti per farmi il check in in quanto era da sola e tra telefono e altri clienti non sapeva a chi dare i resti, quindi ho rischiato di non trovare un posto dove mangiare. Confermo che un Hotel a 4 stella dovrebbe avere un TV più decorosa, ho provato a collegare il mio pc per vedere Netflix ma il modello non lo consentiva, inoltre alla receptions non mi hanno dato la psw per la wi fi. La doccia non funzionava benissimo scendeva poca acqua, la colazione invece bene, variegata e molto piacevole la presenza di succhi e frutta fresca

Weird hotel, many issues. Large room, but no furniture. Two lamps, both broken. Secure door, but broken lock. etc etc. I mentioned the broken lamps to reception, but they were uninterested and didn't investigate. The one prevailing factor - on a day with endless rain, I asked and a staff member handed me an umbrella to borrow for the day. Very positive experience. Handing it back, the night staff tried to charge me for it, and were persistent and hostile in finding out my room number so they could add it as a charge. Ruined the positive experience.

ho avuto modo di frequentare sono nuovo all’hotel che risulta piacevole, rilassante e ben arredata, climatizzazione ottima. Il personale della sala colazioni, sempre sorridente attento e professionale così come quello del ricevimento. L’impressione che ho avuto è stata piacevole
