Outstanding service, specially from the young man with glasses (sorry, don't know his name) at drop off on June 2, 2023, around 21:00. He was very polite, professional and efficient. I had some damage done to the car and were charged for it, but it seemed a reasonable amount and he made sure to give me all the documentation needed to make the claim to my insurance. This let me know they are a trustworthy company and I will definitely look to rent from them again whenever I'm back. Staff when picking up the car was good too. Rented for 8 days and was given a new car and had no problems with it. Shuttle from/to airport worked well.Fist time with Noleggiare, but won't be the last. Grazie mille!

Il personale di Verona è stato gentilissimo, ma quello di Guidizzolo (Mn)strabiliante!!Mi hanno accompagnato personalmente al concessionario Mini/BMW di Desenzano per il ritiro della mia auto riparata, visto che il servizio assistenza MINI/BMW è stato molto latitante..GENTILISSIMI tutti, infinitamente GRAZIE!

NOLEGGIARE car hire atVerona Airport, although the car hire collection point is just outside the airport, they send you a time lap vid on where to go (what's app) & it's a big saving compared to the hire company's within the airport. we had booked a focus but we're given a brand new 5008 SUV (what an upgrade) Whilst in a multi-story carpark in Venice we lost our parking ticket and they would not let us out, they needed more documentation, a call to NOLEGGIARE car hire and they sorted it out within 5 mins.Returned the car out of hours, put the keys in returns box. The mini bus ( runs 24 hrs every 10 mins) to and from the airport.Excellent service.

Alla consegna dell'auto non ti descrivono i piccolissimi graffi (tanti), per poi (come capitato) addebitarmi 80 euro per un piccolissimo graffio in mezzo ai tanti. Ultimo noleggio, macchina sporca ( con annesso pieno di peli di animali e vetri interni sbavati) e con il serbatoio benzina con meno della metà del carburante.N. B. : la chicca, al precedente noleggio mi hanno addebitato 15 euro per mancato lavaggio auto.

AVOID! The worst experience. Lots of extra hidden charges. They charged us hundreds of pounds for damages we did not do!! They are a terrible company trying to rinse money from innocent people. Luckily, we had taken out insurance, so we can claim back, but not the point, really. They were even taking pictures of underneath the car, when we had no idea what the condition was underneath the car when we picked it up! Lady was taking her time inspecting, trying to find anything she could, almost seemed like she was holding us there for as long as possible. We were there for ages, almost missing our flight! Never experienced anything like this with car hire in any other country. It was very stressful and almost ruined our holiday.

Rented with them twice over past 2 years and in both cases they charge for random tiny scratches (and sometimes in obscure locations) that nobody would ever check/notice before taking the car. No other car rental company goes anywhere near in terms of car investigations. Get an insurance to protect yourself from surprise charges...

1 perché 0 non si può ,ho noleggiato una clio dal 05/01/23 a oggi 12/01/23. Per 87 euroHo consegnato l’auto nel pomeriggio, al controllo dell’ auto la signorina (miglior carrozziere del mondo ) neanche il tempo di arrivare alla macchina ha notato un graffio, un posto insolito sul parafango posteriore sx probabilmente fatto con una chive. Io non ho voluto fare l’ assicurazione perché costava 25 € al giorno quindi più del noleggio stesso. (Casa ufficio - ufficio casa)Il danno per 7 cm di graffio mi e’ costato 120 €. Comunque per fortuna meno di 25*8 200 € dell’ assicurazione ma loro si sono portati a casa 120 € per il nulla.Ovviamente quando mi è stata consegnata la macchina alla nessun controllo con me di fronte (colpa mia ).Quindi il consiglio è non noleggiare in questo posto truffa perché il prezzo del noleggio e’ basso però poi insistono per vendere l’assicurazione, o in extremis ti addebitano qualche danno.

Macchina affittata con problemi alla batteria. Mi ha lasciato a piedi due volte e ho dovuto chiamare il carro attrezzi. Mi hanno fatto pagare 215€ per il carro attrezzi, inconcebile e disonesto
