Great and professional service. Friendly staff helps to wash and dry our clothes. It takes only 25mins to wash with decent quality. Will definitely use their service again. Price is reasonable too!

Ogni volta diversa prezzi. Non si capisce come calcola. Io portavo tutto settimana ma oggi proprietarioha detto se pagi poco troverai sporca. Non è professionale per niente. Questa è una minaccia

Lui annuncia 12€ senza spiegare niente, e perché mi sembrava molto caro e che ho visto scritto 5€ sul pannello gli chiedo perche così caro. E solo a quel momento che mi spiega il perché: Già e cara (5€ la macchina) e si paga 3€ di detergente (immagino dunque 4€ di seccatrice?), purché lui ne metta pochissimo di detergente. Tanto poco che dopo mezz'ora a 30gradi i vestiti escono umidi ma non tanto puliti ne profumati (e non è questione di essere super sporchi!)Con tutto cio si mostra molto antipatico dicendo che se non ci sono tra mezz'ora chissà se i vestiti saranno stati presi da qualcun'altro.Non andare lìENGLISHBad experience with this place where the owner is very unpleasant. He told me 12€ without explaining anything for one single machine, and because it seemed very expensive and that I saw written 5€ on the panel I asked him why so expensive. It is only at that moment that he explains why: the machine in of itself is already rather expensive (5€) and you pay 3€ detergent (I guess therefore 4€ dryer?). Be warnee that he puts very little detergent. So little that after half an hour at 30 degrees the clothes come out damp but not so clean and a little smelly (and it's not a matter of being super dirty!).With all that he shows himself very obnoxious by saying that if I'm not there in half an hour who knows if the clothes will have been taken by someone else.Don't go there

My family and I were looking for a self serving laundry place. After coming here we left our clothes and came back to find out the price wasn’t as agreed.The owner is a extortionist, he insulted my husband in front of my 11 year old. He lies about prices and takes advantages of tourists.He inherited all good reviews about this places since it used to be owed by someone else.We ended up paying €30 for a small bag of laundry.TOURISTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.He also claims not to take credit cards when he does.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I'd read the negative reviews before going but decided I would try as this place was recommended by our Airbnb host. I had 3 bags, and was told it would cost 36 euro (I was very explicit about wanting to know the exact cost, because of the reviews I'd read).When I returned (exactly 1 hour later, as advised) the owner told me it would cost 45E because they had folded my clothes (a quick 2-second-per-item fold, basically just in half, clothes were still inside out, definitely not professional folding). They had also mixed all the clothes from the 3 bags (from 3 families).I called him out on not being transparent, and that he needed to tell people if there were going to be extra charges. He gave an extra 5 euro back, but it still cost 40 euro for 3 small loads.You will get your laundry washed (1 hour for wash and dry, so be careful on taking any delicate items), but it is not a transparent service. They know they don't have to be because of where they are located, and tourists will always need their clothes washed.

Super fast service! Honestly it was a bit expensive but worth it! Had a great experience, clothes were perfecty clean in 1 hour only and they even folded them for me. For sure i will come back!

Same day laundry service for a good price. We had our clothes back within 3 hours. We had our laundry done several times while in Rome and this place was by far the fastest. Others took 2-4 days to get 1 load of laundry back.
