Bassa Marea Boat Charter

These folks did an amazing job boating us around the island of capri. Mario, our captain was very friendly and made sure we saw every cave and helped with picture taking and serving refreshments. We saw a lot all day and it was a really nice way to experience the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri.

Let’s hope you don’t need any help from them while you are with your boat. Me and my wife got the anchor stuck on the rocks on the bottom of the sea, then we asked Salvatore for help, which he replies “not my problem.” In the most Italian accent as possible. It was fun cause we managed to get back to land safely and retrieve our anchor without the help from him or his crew, otherwise we would have to pay 50€ for the anchor.The boat was a small inflatable cabin, very old, but working. Anyhow, if you can handle yourself alone in the sea it’s ok. But make sure you won’t need any help from Salvatore or his crew.Unforgettable experience! He even told me to dive and retrieve the anchor! Hahaha that was fun.

We had an amazing time touring Amalfi and Positano. Mario was our sailor and he was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He took us swimming multiple times in caves and at an island. On our way home from Positano we had Prosecco and fruit while he cruised the shoreline. Amazing experience.

Our boat tour of Capri was fantastic! I would not have wanted to do it any other way! Having the private boat take us around the island then stop so we could enjoy lunch a few hours walking around was perfect! Mario showed us some lovely places and took beautiful photos of us enjoying our time! It was well worth the money to get our own private boat tour! This is a MUST do trip around Capri! We booked at the stand right on the beach for the 12 person capacity boat. Be sure to book ahead as they do sell out. Tony was our captain for a full day trip, he was a very experienced & hospitable. The boat was very clean and well maintained with great cushion seating at the bow, best place to ride to take in all the views. He guided us in several caves, one where we could jump off and swim through. We stopped for a short time for a swim and snorkeling. We got off in the main port where he had a water taxi lined up for us to take to shore, 2 hours of free time. Then same water taxi took us to a delicious restaurant on the water where Tony had arranged reservations. Then a lovely cruise back to the marina.

Best Boat Charter! We where in Sorento for our honey moon and after renting a boat for the first time we couldn’t stop and just ket on going back. Great service! Amazing staff!

By far the most incredible boat charter we’ve ever taken. Toni our sailor was so great, showed us so many beautiful places around Capri! A trip we will never forget!

This was a fabulous time on the boat ride from Nerano to Capri. Our Captain, Carlo, was very nice and accommodating. He knows the best spots and adjusted for lots of requests. He made us a reservation for lunch on Capri and otherwise we would not have gotten in to any restaurant due to the crowds. He took us right to the restaurant and arranged a small boat to take us to the dock where we were treated like queens. We were able to swim in several grottos and the boat was beautiful. Very easy to make arrangements with Arianna who answered many questions in advance. Highly recommend!
