Maison d'Art Apartments

Le lieu est bien, mais c'est bien tout. Ce n'est pas un appartement mais une minuscule petite chambre, la cuisine est impraticable, la terrasse est commune et le jacuzzi inexistant. On frise l'escroquerie.

Pretty room but the kitchen is very narrow. There is only 1 concierge in the building but there is no service etc, but you can easily text for any help you might need. You can walk to almost any monument from the appartments and the street it's located on has many shops and places to eat.

Stayed here for 9 days and the did not even clean the apartment once, change the seats or replace basic things like towels and toilet paper. The stairs are ridiculously steep and you haven’t got a hope of carrying large luggage up the stairs. The staff are rude when you speak to them on the phone and no-one even bothers to greet you when you arrive. NEVER staying here again. You may as well stay in Airbnb as essentially this is the same as a really bad Airbnb. There is no terrace or balcony as photos suggest and the room is small and comfortable. The street is also loud at night.

Wunderschönes Apartment in wirklich bester Lage. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber absolut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung wie Geschirr und Reinigungsequipment sollten nach gebessert werden oder in der Beschreibung detailliert erklärt werden. Würden aber trotzdem gerne wieder kommen.

Huge SCAM. They sell you that the breakfast is included on the website : there is none. On our first night we had things STOLEN from our room, we have been trying to get help from the hotel, they do not even answer. They have video cameras on each floor but they dont look into it. You have no way to cancel your nights and end up carrying all your precious items with you which is exhausting. Also we asked them to cancel and they pretended the manager will come back to us and it never happened. Not to mention that the floor was dirty, the hot shower last like 10min and they ask you to send passports and credit card number by email. Don't go there.

The room is artfully furnished and in the heart of the city, 4 minutes walk from the Vatican unfortunately we had a series of complications: to pay for the room we had to go to the hotel owned by the same company, the shower was broken (it did not close properly), the jacuzzi had not been cleaned all season, and the seats on the terrace were nasty since they have been exposed to the rain. Our room was meant for 4 people but I would not recommended it only for couples. It was on the fourth floor and the stairs were very slim and steep and we had difficulties getting the luggage up.

Posizione ottima e appartamento spazioso e pulito. Sottolineo alcune pecche: reception disorganizzata, mancavano i set di cortesia (bagnoschiuma ecc), SCALE impervie e il terrazzino in stato di abbandono (la jacuzzi é i nutilizzabile). Per concludere: la signora delle pulizie ci ha svegliato alle 8 di Mattina della domenica ascoltando la musica a massimo volume di fronte alla camera! NO comment

Where do I start! Its not a whole house. Its a room that is so dark you need a head torch at one end to see what your doing and sunglass at the other as the lighting is spot lights. The solarium hot tub is a corner bath on the roof with a couple of chairs under a broken lean to shelter!There are no instructions for the safe.All the cookware is good and practically unused as they do not provided cooking knives collunder/strainer. Or any basic larder necessity ie oil. Salt and pepper. Washing up liquid. Tea towels or dish clothes. So even though you think your getting the ability to cook light food you can't unless you buy all this stuff and then leave it behind for the cleaner.The free toiletries is pump hand soap. No shampoo! Or shower gel!You can watch TV if you speak Italian. No other language tv!The building is not detached. If you like sleep you won't get much. Very noise most of the night. And the bed is like sleeping on a hammock!I do not normal leave negative review, however after spend a week in a cave I felt the need to do so!

Stanza confortevole con bagno. Materasso comodo e il tutto abbastanza pulito. Note negative: scale per arrivare alle camere super ripide con scalini molto alti. Trovato del formaggio e delle uova nel frigorifero, felice che il tutto si sia mantenuto bene e che quindi il frigo funzioni ma sarebbe stato meglio levare il cibo degli ospiti precedenti e quindi pulire meglio. Nel complesso 3 stelle!

Zimmer sind schmutzig und stinken - würde ich keinem weiterempfehlen. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Dachfenster. Bei der Buchung wurde uns etwas ganz anderes versprochen.
