Private shore excursions to Rome from Civitavecchia

Highly recommend Driverinrome. We worked with their office staff to come up with a three week tour of Italy and Sicily. They were very helpful and always available. We worked out an itinerary, and we selected our own hotels. Driverinrome provided drivers everywhere, from our initial pickup at the airport in Naples to final drop off at the airport in Venice. The cars were all Mercedes SUV's or sedans, all in A-1 condition. The drivers were careful and personable. We had private guides in most of the places we visited and they were all very knowledgeable and personable. This is a very personal way to travel, and we highly recommend it, whether you are visiting one city for a day or all of Italy and Sicily for three weeks, like we did. We had a wonderful time, thank you Remo, the women in the office, and all the drivers and guides. You're the best!!

We came off of the Celebrity Constellation and Mateo was there waiting for us. He was able to fit 9 of us along with all our 9 day cruise luggage without a problem. He took us to some amazing locations that we would have never new existed. He gave a very informative history on locations,food,plant life,etc. He was willing to drop us off wait nearby and gave us a great location for lunch. I would give him more stars if I could.I have only dealt with them via email, before this and would reccommend them to everyone I know. Excellect service, response time, all round great company in my eyes.

A dream come true!!!We just wanted to thank everybody at DriverinRome for making our honeymoon a dream come true! We booked a day trip to Siena and San Gimignano from Rome, and honestly we could not have asked for a more romantic set than Tuscany's rolling hills and these charming little towns. Marco, our driver, went beyond his call of duty and made us feel extra special by organizing some wine tasting in San Gimignano. This is the first time using DriverinRome but it will definitely be our go to company for our future vacations.

When we started planning our trip to Italy we knew that travelling with a wheelchair would have its accessibility challenges, but thanks to DRIVERINROME and Daniele, we were able to enjoy Rome’s attractions feeling no limitations at all. Daniele picked up our family at the port with his wheelchair adapted van and his eagerness to accommodate our needs was only paralleled by his incredible knowledge of the city’s history and his wonderful sense of humor. We had been warned that Rome’s cobblestoned streets could be bothersome and even dangerous to a disabled person, but Daniele dropped us off so close to the sights that we didn’t need to worry too much. We saw everything we had planned and even more. Of all the places we travelled to, weall agreed Rome was by far our best trip yet.

It has been over a decade when I became a wheelchair user and throughout all these years I've never thought of going on a vacation out of country due to my disability and being afraid of bothering my family, until this recent 10 days cruise we have taken for my wedding's anniversary. And I have to say that using Driver In Rome for our tour in Rome, has been one of the best decisions in our life!!!!Not only it saved us a lot of time and stress into planning and looking for tickets to the monuments we wanted to visit, but we also felt secure throughout the whole duration of the tour, there was never a moment my disability stopped me from enjoying the tour, thanks to their van in which my wheelchair could totally fit in!Thank you Driverinrome Team for creating a tour we will never forget.We highly recommend this company and their wheelchair accessible van for wheelchair users like me!
