Great service all around. Before our first visit Victoria helped narrow down what we were looking for and explained the market, the process, etc. On our first trip Nick showed us a huge variety of places, sizes, locations and styles and gave a frank opinion of each. This meant our understanding of what we wanted from a house, along with what was available in our budget, grew tremendously. It made future visits much more targeted and efficient. Throughout the buying process Carla and Paul were responsive and detailed. Our completion went smoothly and Carla has been fantastic in getting us set up with utilities, internet, etc.

Nick and Victoria have been great! Knowledgeable, helpful and great sense of humor too! We're in the beginning stages of house hunting and enjoying every minute!

I am totally disappointed with the service (or lack of it ) that I have experienced with ABODE.I am hoping to sell my property in Umbria and I supplied all details to Ms Carla Rossi six months ago and up to this time I have heard nothing from her despite several emails from me ! Perhaps one should take a closer look at all the positive comments, they are not a reliable recommendation!

We have just had a delightful experience moving from England into our dream Italian home, thanks to Nick and his wonderful team at Abode Italy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, whether it was taking us around Umbria to view an extensive range of beautiful properties or managing all the administration and conveyancing to ensure a smooth and problem-free transition. Our grasp of Italian isn't great, and so much here is new to us, but already Abode have made sure we are settled in and we're very happy we made the decision to have a new life in lovely sunny Umbria.

I cannot recommend Abode enough. The founder, Nick, and stellar team, Paul, Victoria and Carla, have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process.If the countryside of Umbria is not enough to win you over, then I strongly encourage you to have a meeting with Abode. Honestly, we fell in love with Umbria even more after meeting them. They give you a sense of peace of mind, assurance, and trust. Qualities you need from a real estate agency when buying a property anywhere in Italy.Purchasing a home in Italy is never easy, and we've learned that moving in is not any easier. Abode has been there for our family through the ups and downs, going above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable in our new home.

We have been flowing Nick's postings on YouTube for over a year now. Roxy my spouse and I had the opportunity to meet with him personally at his office in Niccone. Nick was very gracious and attentive. We will continue to communicate with and use his advice for our home search in Italy.
