Be ready for one of the best dining experiences you might have. Spectacular location overlooking lush and green hills, with Adriatic Sea on the horizon has set up the stage. We had a dinner at Luciano restaurant on a balmy late spring night and were blown away by the experience. Food was cooked with the precision, and high quality ingredients, visually plated beautifully. Flavours were amazing,with dessert made with star anise,carrots and orange gel perfect way to finish the meal. What was even better than food was our host Benjamin. An absolute star!!! Kind,knowledgeable, passionate about his craft,always here to explain and share his recommendations in a very elegant way.Thank you Benjamin and the team at San Canzian for memorable moments!!!

The best accommodation and service you can find in Croatia. The quality of the food is incredible, the staff is approachable and always there for you. The surroundings and the view are incredible. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful place in stunning surroundings. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is very good, with only a few details that could be improved (quality of fresh fruit was not that good, bread for breakfast is not the same quality as what you get for dinner). There was a small problem with our room and it could have been dealt with better but was resolved eventually. I know I am being picky but if you go to a place like this and pay the prices you expect perfection. But I would still rate this an amazing stay and I haven't even gotten to the restaurant/dinner yet. The creativity that goes into the food is only matched by the quality of the ingredients and the service was flawless (our waiter Boris was an absolute star and made the night a very complete experience). How this place doesn't have a Michelin star yet is beyond me, they certainly deserve it. Thanks again for everything!

San CanzianDer Blick ist atemberaubend und der Service ist vom ersten Augenblick hervorragend. Bereits beim Aussteigen aus dem Auto steht ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter mit einem Elektrowagen bei Ihnen und hilft mit dem Gepäck. Während Sie einchecken, was genau eine bis eineinhalb Minuten dauert, wird ihr Gepäck in ihr Zimmer gebracht. Nach dem Einchecken an der stilvollen Rezeption werden Sie auf die Terrasse gebracht, wo Ihnen ein Begrüßungsgetränk, ein alkoholfreier Cocktail aus lokalen Kräutern zur Erfrischung serviert wird. Natürlich können Sie auch ein Glas Prosecco oder etwas Warmes wählen. Von der erhöhten Terrasse schauen Sie auf ein fettes Grün der Weinberge, Olivenhaine und Wälder und auf das blitzende Mehr am Horizont. Ruhe und eine intime ländliche Atmosphäre erfühlen die Luft.San Canzian ist eigentlich eine kleine Siedlung, weit weg vom Tourismuslärm. Mehrere alte Steinhäuser auf verschiedenen Ebenen wurden in luxuriöse, geschmackvolle Appartements umgebaut. Der Zimmerservice klopft nie auf die Tür. Die Mitarbeiter warten bis Sie den Raum verlassen haben. Das Personal kontrolliert die Abläufe vollständig gemäß dem täglichen Rhythmus und den Aktivitäten der Gäste.Ein großer geheizter Swimmingpool mit einer Cocktailbar steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Schwimmen kann man auch wenn es draußen schneit.Auch der Wellnessbereich ist ansprechend und ausgezeichnet konzipiert. Der Garten der Anlage scheint aus der natürlichen Umgebung gewachsen zu sein.Die Liebe zum Detail und der freundlicher, zurückhaltender und dennoch, wie nach einem Protokoll wirkender Service unterstreichen den Erfolg von San Canzian.Nach dem Sonnenuntergang wird im Olivenhain hinter dem Pool ein großes Feuer angezündet, wo die Gäste, bei einem Glas Wein und bei dem Smalltalk die Abendstunden genießen.Ein Wintergarten mit einem Glaspavillon bietet auch bei schlechterem Wetter die Möglichkeit zu entspannen, zu lesen oder gar zu arbeiten und dennoch die Natur zu genießen. Getränke- und Speisenauswahl lässt keine Wünsche übrig.San Canzian ist über das Jahr zu über 90% ausgelastet, auch außerhalb der Touristensaison und setzt neue Maßstäbe in der Istrien-Hotellandschaft

Wow, what a spectacular place! Staff was incredible. Accommodations were top notch. Food was among the best we had in Croatia (we had breakfast and dinner/wine). Views (especially from the pool) we’re gorgeous. Check out this gem!!

I got married at San Canzian in October 2022 with 40 of my friends and family present. We reserved the entire property. From the moment we booked - to the day we left, the entire staff was exceptional. Every detail is thought out and curated with the guest in mind. It is truly a sanctuary of peace, class, luxury and top notch service. The location is perfect. The bedding and quality of all the linens is 10/10. And the food is out of a fairytale. Do yourself a favor and visit this place once in your life.

Complesso di case tipiche istriane trasformate in albergo. Il luogo è ben curato, c'è una bella vista verso Buie ed una piscina infinity d'effetto. Noi non eravamo ospiti dell'albergo, ma abbiamo ordinato da bere nel bar ed i prezzi ci hanno lasciato di stucco. 90kn (12eu) per uno spritz aperol annacquato che abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora. Oltre allo spritz ci ha portato un piatto (per tutte e tre) con qualche frutto tagliato a fettine. Sulla terrazza si sentiva provenire odore di fritto dalla cucina siccome la ventilazione della cucina è posizionata sulla terrazza del bar. Il cameriere è stato molto gentile, ma da solo a gestire sia i tavoli che il bancone. Sembrava stanco come se fosse li da tutto il giorno.
