NSS Amalfi Coast

I do not recommend this charter. From the beginning you can feel that something is wrong. When it comes to end of your charter, first you get a massage to be at certain time just because they want to, and later you are being framed to pay for additional things. They walk around the boat which is normal but staring at you, pointing with fingers on different things, makes you feel really uncomfortable. At the end you know that they are looking for some extra cash. Be aware, they threaten you with Photos and they will use your deposit. Definitely 1 star! One suggestion, record everything they say and take a lot of pictures!

Had the misfortune of chartering with these guys in July 2023.When we checked in they seemed very friendly and helpful and on the face of it the yacht appeared well appointed.BUT BEWARE, it’s all a front.The yachts are in fact poorly maintained and their repairs are shoddy and slapdash. They will blame (and charge top dollar to) you for everything that may go wrong with the boat, even when it’s a result of their shoddy repairs and lack of proper maintenance.NSS is without doubt the worst charter company we have encountered and we will never charter with them again (in this regard it is notable that they ask you to provide feedback to them BEFORE you complete check out and realise how much they are ripping you off - when we asked to redo the feedback NSS refused our request!)

If I could put zero stars - I would. This was the weirdest experience, where first they show you the boat without any details and in the evening, when you cannot see the flaws, and when you come back, they just charge you for everything, even for the stuff, that was definitely broken before.. this is a total fraud and the worst service ever! Better stay away from this company

Our crew was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unfair conduct of NSS in Salerno. The sails were in terrible condition and we couldn't use them. To top it off, they charged us 260 Euro for a damaged chair cushion (!), just because we didn't have a photo to prove it was already damaged when we got it. This is just not fair.

Никуда не годится. Сервис отвратительный. Застрял главный парус из-за плохого качества такелажа, и мы целый день уговаривали, что бы прислали команду на Капри, починить неисправность на топе мачты. потеряли время, и не смогли пользоваться парусом.В конце заставили нас оплатить рваную подушку на сидении, которую мы не заметили принимая яхту. Отношение очень недоброжелательное, оставили плохое впечатление. Проверяйте и фотографируйте всё, что можно.
