Having dined at Morrimoto, Nobu, and Matsuhisa across the globe - this experience is just ehhhh. Food quality - high but have had better at other Matsuhisa restaurants (Colorado, Beverly Hills, Mykonos, Paris, etc.). Service. Excellent. Location - gorgeous. Amazing view. Value - worth it? No.… Zero. €25 miso Soup! €80 Black Cod appetizer? The same meal at another location is half the price. Even millionaires hate being ripped off and taken advantage of.It was just a ‘stuffy’ and uptight dining experience. Almost like they were trying too hard. Had something to prove. Extremely strict dress code. No shorts allowed despite the restaurant being on a beach and the weather being 90+ degrees. Dress code is casual sheik… However - IF you do show up in shorts - they will kindly lend you a pair of white Zegna Trousers. Really nice and classy touch.

Due stelle per l’ospitalità e per il posto. Sushi insapore per i prezzi che ha, e piatti ostentati che non stanno per niente bene a livello di sapore.15€ una bottiglia d’acqua e 10€ per il coperto. 25€ per sedersi a tavola.. direi un po’ troppo considerando che attorno ci sono sushi molto molto meglio e soprattutto molto più saporiti.Edamame 6 pezzi contati prezzo 30€. Imbarazzante! Però ahimè è stata girata una scena di James Bond, a quanto parte questo li giustifica a mettere prezzi che neanche in un ristorante 3 stelle Michelin. Dai dai

Staff was really nice, welcoming and professional. Atmosphere and the location was stunning. Although, prices are way above the quality of the food. Black cod was good. O-toro sushi was supposed to be tender like butter, but was chewy (maybe they used tuna loin) and the price / sushi roll was 30€… I dont mind the price, but then quality must be over the top

Excellent view, beautiful setting …sadly food average don’t order the gyoza !!!! It was not great 5 piece a for 150 euros we thought it would be exceptional with very moist and the texture you couldn’t taste the wagyu ….but the sushi was great the ottoro and wagyu sushi exceptional ! The salads were good tuna salad amazingMushroom salad forget it black cod weird flavor not a smooth and buttery as we normal get in high end sushi place ….overall was ok really good have done a better job with the food

Food is comparable to other Nobu’s, but prices are out of whack even amongst the best restaurants in Costa Smeralda. They have a nonsensical mark-up 4x London Nobu prices (one single piece of nigiri/sashimi is €18-20). Service was quite slow and disorganized despite restaurant not being full (our hot food came before all the starters), and they tried to overcharge us on the bill with extra coperto that had to be corrected. Restaurant is by the water, which was nice but not much of an ambiance or vibe when we were there.Essentially an overpriced and below average Nobu for undiscerning customers, and the food + experience didn’t correspond with their blatantly distorted pricing. There are expensive restaurants that are worth every penny but this unfortunately wasn’t one of them.
