Booked a VW Touran as there were 5 of us. When we arrived there was only the station wagon that’s available hence we had difficulty fitting the bags. We went to front desk for help and on the system there seemed no other option. However we were blessed to encounter Maddalena who went out of her way to help us. She realized that a Touran has just been returned in the garage and helped us process the change. If not for her, our trip wouldn’t have been possible. Thanks Maddalena!
