Accogliente, pulitissimo e molto vicino al centro.Proprietario molto disponibile e la moglie all' accoglienza sorridente, gentile ed empatica.Molto consigliato sia per piacevole vacanza che per spostamento per lavoro.Se ritornerò a Lucca non avrò dubbi su dove prenotare il pernottamento.Marinella

Alberto was a great host. The room was very clean and comfortable. walking distance from the city center and most importantly we were able to do a late check in. I would definetly go back

Siamo andati in coppia e siamo rimasti molto contenti, la pulizia è perfetta lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, l’arredamento nella stanza è nuovo, la tv è grande, il Wi-Fi nella nostra camera funzionava benissimo, è presente il parcheggio gratuito davanti alla porta del hotel. Insomma, torneremo di sicuro.

Only 10 minute walk to the city center, very kind host and very clean room. Highly recommended!

My partner and I decided to book here last minute and we are super happy to have stayed here! I wish we could give it more than 5 stars! Alberto helped us throughout the entire trip and showed the best hospitality I have had at any stay.A day before we arrived he was flexible with our arrival time (we were taking public transport) and even gave us directions on how to get from the Pisa airport to the stay. When we arrived he also helped us with the bus system so we could take the bus to the stay, unfortunately the ticket machine ran out of paper but the stay was a nice and safe 20 minute walk from the station. Later we found out that you can order tickets from the cafe next to the station too. You can then take the bus station right outside of the train station to the stop “Toglio 1” on the Lam Blu bus, sometimes it is late, but it does not seem to run after about 8:30pm (check the time table at the bus stop). Then it’s just a 6 minute walk to the stay.Once you have the bus down it’s very easy to get in the walls, or you can walk (that’s what my partner and I did). Alberto also suggest an amazing restaurant suggestions all typed out (the breakfast place we ate everyday).One of the biggest things Alberto did for us is when I got sick when I got to Lucca I had a high temp, at about 10:30pm. I was not able to walk far but I messaged Alberto if there was medicine at the hotel, there was not but he went ahead and drove to a pharmacy and brought it to me. Only asking me to pay for the medication. It was a huge help for him to go out of his way to help us especially when we were new to the area. Thank you so much Alberto!!! You were an amazing host!

La prima cosa che colpisce è la gentilezza di Alberto, la cortesia e la professionalità.Mi ero fatta addebitare il pernottamento sulla carta di credito prima del check in, poi al momento della registrazione si è accorto che la persona con me ha residenza a Lucca e mi ha subito fatto notare che avrebbe dovuto restituirmi 1,50€ della tassa di soggiorno.A trovarne di così onesti!!!La struttura pulita, ogni dettaglio estetico curato, la camera spaziosa, ben arredata (cuscini, colori ben abbinati, Smart TV enorme...) bagno con doccia enorme!Veramente consigliato, se tornerò a Lucca indubbiamente so dove andare!

Lovely small guest house, clean and bright. Great host. Shower in our room a touch on the small size. Fridge,air conditioning, WiFi. Everything you need for a few days stay. Ideal for Lucca centre, train station, cafes and restaurants. Just an ideally located guest home for Lucca. Highly recommended.

Ottima struttura, aperta di recente. Camera arredata con finiture di livello, pulita e molto funzionale. Ottima posizione, a due minuti a piedi dal centro storico, parcheggio gratuito in zona di facile accesso. Alberto è molto gentile e disponibile, fornisce il supporto ideale per iniziare la visita della città di Lucca. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, consigliato.

Stayed 3 nights at property.Host was helpful and explained practical issues regarding the room and local eating places.The room was lovely; good size, light and airy with clean white linen and furniture. The bed was comfortable.The room overlooked a small private courtyard.The bathroom was spacious and modern but I feel the shower cubicle let the space down as it looked old and in need of grout and sealant replacement.The area was quiet and only 5 minutes from a supermarket and 10/15 into Lucca old town which has cafes, shops and historical buildings.If not for the issue with the shower area, I would have given 5 stars.
