I spent 400 euros in this store but when I went to go return an item, the service was AWFUL. I wouldn’t shop here if you’re looking for friendly staff, unless you’re 300% sure you’re happy with the clothes and won’t be returning any.The person at the counter asked me if the item had been used, which it hadn’t, and when I informed her that I had never used it other than to try it on at home she said I could exchange it. As I was browsing for a replacement, she changed her mind and passive aggressively accused me of having lied about wearing it. If I had, wouldn’t I have come up with an excuse other than “it’s too big and I’d like to replace it”?As mentioned, it’s a shame that the service level at this store is as deplorable as it is. They have nice clothes, and really beautiful pieces but I think a car wash has friendlier staff (with more class) than the ones in this store.They lost a client that would have spent a considerable amount each month. Swipe left. Not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere. They’re exactly what customer service doesn’t represent.
