HORRIBLE, DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THEM the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. The same day I was flying to Rome they called me to tell me that they would charge me a supplement of €40 for being late when I had already given them my flight details. But the worst was when I arrived when they forced me to pay €163 for insurance for using a debit card. Arrogant attitude of the person at the desk. It was a nightmare to start our vacation.

STAY AWAY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAM LIKE TACTICS. DONT GET STRANDED ON YOUR VISIT TO ITALY!Had two delayed flights, called and informed company as well as had already provided flight numbers for tracking with the original reservation. SicilyByCar canceled my reservation with no notice, and would only offer me a car for 6-7 times the original amount, and would not refund my original reservation. They still had the same car, they had 20-30 unrented cars.Flights get delayed every day! What’s the point of providing flight numbers for tracking of delays then? Booked with another company after 3 hours of arguing and the clerks making poor comments about us in Italian to each other. No customer service, no follow through, not an ounce of accountability.

Estafadores. La cerradura mecánica de apertura puertas no funcionaba. Yo solo usaba el mando a distancia. Decían que el seguro extendido que contrate con ellos no lo cubría y me pasaron cargo a tarjeta de 250€. Decían que era un intento de robo y no había ninguna señal o prueba.

ACHTUG BETRUG!wir wurden betrogen von Sicily by Car eine sizilianische betrügerische Firma. Wir hatten online bezahlt und vor Ort im Flughafen haben die ignoranten Mitarbeiterin die nichts anderes als italienisch verstehen könnten, uns weder einen Auto noch einen Rückerstattung gegeben.Wir haben einen Anzeige zum Polizei gemacht.Bitte niemals von dieses Firma buchen!!VORSICHT!

company of absolute non-professionals. our flight was rescheduled for a later time, we were in touch with their support for half a day, but at 8 pm they simply stopped responding. when we arrived the office was no longer working and it was not possible to pick up the car, the next day we arrived and we were told that our reservation had been deleted. what no one reported in advance, support did not transfer our reservation to the next day and there are simply no cars anymore.

We have been scammed from this company when we arrived at Fiumicino Airport on 19/05/2023. I have booked online since 05/05 and already paid. The girls working at the front desk were terribly rude and had a very bed attitude.They refused to give us the Car just because we were Students. We also called the airport police and try to convince them but we never got any car or refund.I‘m going to inform my lawyer immediately.Please be aware never to book this company or you‘ll have a lot of problems and your money will be stolen.
