Cip's Club

We had high expectations from this place. Unfortunately it did was not,a good experience for us. The food quality is average and pricey. We had spagetti with mussels which was full of sand in it. Carpaccio was soft and tender. However the rest of the food we had was just average. If you just want to visit for photos then go for it. Otherwise skip this place and save your money.

Beautiful food and fantastic service. Looked after very well without feeling rushed. The options of food dishes were suiting all of our tastes with a nice range of seafood. There were also lots of items available that were not on the menu, so do ask the waiters. The setting is stunning, down by the main canal but with heaters to ensure guests are nice and warm while eating. We would definitely come here again.

Nice view but it’s too expensive for what it is. The food and service level doesn’t follow the price.The younger staffs push you to order more drinks and seems quite inexperienced.Ruinart is 44 euro the glass..

Yes, a bit pricey considering it is not a Michelin restaurant. That being said, this is where you may well bump into a celebrity or two as we did. Food was good. Service could certainly have been better. They were obviously at full capacity. Either they were understaffed or the communication wasn't great, but all in all a great night if dining.

Amazing location on the water overlooking San Marco.Very dedicated staff. We had some problems with the mosquito,but they brought something to help us. The food is one of the best we ate in Italy. The deserts were really average minus, not compere to the main dishes. Not by taste nor by presentation. We sure will come back again, hopefully they will hire a better conditor.

Cip's Club had promised a memorable dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations, mostly due to subpar service from the staff.From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, they provided an experience that ultimately felt unwelcome. If I truly did something that was so egregious and offensive, they should have asked me to leave instead of continuing to accept my money and provide an abysmal experience. We ordered several cocktails, one appetizer, a pasta, and a main course (the signature steak for two that costs 150 euros).The appetizer and pasta were fabulous, full stop. No complaints here. Exactly what I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The steak, however, was embarrassing. After bringing it out to the table to cut, it was sitting there getting cold for about five minutes with bugs flying all around while they tried to find plates and a knife. As they were cutting it, I noticed they had left quite a bit of steak on the bone, but whatever, I was going to be full either way. Then I looked at the steak, which I ordered medium rare. This steak was medium at best, and probably more toward medium well. The very largest pieces were edible, though they were very tough. I had to ask for assistance cutting since it was so tough. The smaller pieces were like chewing on a rotting old tire.After bringing this to the attention of the staff, they kind of just got uncomfortable and walked away without any further acknowledgement. Not what I expect for up there with the most expensive steaks I’ve ever ordered. Anyways, $450 USD later for a meal for two people, we had a completely embarrassing disappointment. Don’t go here—we were much happier with a decent meal that cost a fraction of this abysmal affair.There was a silver lining in this otherwise disappointing evening—the view, the beef carpaccio, and the pasta. I must admit that the view from Cip's Club was nothing short of breathtaking… It almost managed to distract me from the inadequacies of the restaurant itself.In conclusion, Cip's Club proved to be overall disheartening. With rude staff, an overcooked steak, and a price tag that defies reason, it is clear that this establishment prioritizes profits over the satisfaction of its patrons. Truly recommend this restaurant, based on the stunning view and the personal careful service, I would recommend you to have this experience and if you got the chance to get a first row table on the canal.The food was really good, everything was fresh, delicious and well seasoned.It is quite pricey restaurant, however this is a high standard restaurant.

La location è molto suggestiva e bella, il servizio impeccabile ma i prezzi non sono proporzionati alla qualità. Mi aspettavo un'eccellenza assoluta ma invece è buona, molto fa solo il brand.

Ottima cucina e location suggestiva.Non ho dato 5 stelle perché, dopo la prenotazione e avvisando telefonicamente il giorno prima,avevo informato che era il compleanno di mia moglie ed era concordato un piccolo dolce con candelina come simbolo della ricorrenza.Purtoppo ciò non è avvenuto e ho evitato di evidenziarlo per non fare brutta figura con la festeggiata.A mio modesto parere,rivedrei il prezzo dei vini e del caffè.
