Bereits seit vielen Jahren bin ich Kunde bei Optik Leitner und habe immer beste Erfahrung gemacht. Hervorragende Beratung, super schönes Gestell und sehr gute Gläser.Immer wenn ich nach Bozen komme, schau ich vorbei. Die letzte Brille mit geschliffenen Gläsern hab ich mir dann nach Hause schicken lassen und alles hat perfekt gepasst.Dr. Holger Keßler, München

I generally try to buy locally and I am happy to promote small businesses, and at first interaction I was met by good costumer support. When I finally decided on the glass style, the store owner took the time to do a throughout examination of my eyesight and find the best lenses suited for my needs. After some time I realized I was experiencing headaches, so the store owner very kindly suggested to give me some temporary glasses to test. I was overall quite impressed with the customer support and care and ready to give a stellar review. I confirmed the new focal adjustments and agreed to have the same quality and characteristic of lenses I paid for in the beginning. However, upon receiving the new glasses, I realized something was off, as they got dirty much easier than the first pair and looked thicker. When checking the lens details (fortunately I still had also the receipt of the first lenses), I realized the new lenses had much lower quality and went to inquire in person. Upon my inquiries the two clerks present (from their attitude seemed to be already aware of the issue), told me to come again when the store owner was present, since he was in charge for my case.I later received a call where the store owner justified his action by saying he was afraid to keep the characteristic of the first lenses (and what I paid for), because it could still be bad for my sight and he had just (conveniently?) forgot to let me know. Since I was not convinced those characteristics (protection against dust, thinner lenses), would affect the eye-sight for the worst, I wanted a face-to-face conversation to understand if that decision was made in good faith, and if not, a formal apology, especially since the price of what I got would have been significantly lower than what I paid. However, I was met with extremely defensive attitude and screaming, saying he had said already what he had to say by phone, that he had spend time and expenses to visit me (a visit that is generally offered for free in any optic store) and to give me temporary glasses (which he offered). Overall I did not have the time to say much, as he also stormed away to another room after saying that I can return the glasses and he can give me back my money and that I was a problematic costumer. So I was left with no choice but to leave, regrettably, with less doubts as to his intentions.

Ottimo ottico!Ho preso qui gli occhiali da vista e da sole che attualmente uso.Sono provvisti di tantissimi tipi di montature e se non li hanno sul posto, li ordinano e li fanno arrivare nel giro di poco tempo.Sanno consigliare molto bene e se hai dubbi su qualcosa ti sanno spiegare molto bene.Prezzi molto buoni!
