Purchased a stunning perfume and at a great price

Bought x2 perfumes (Elisir della Sirene - women's perfume) and when I got back to the UK discovered that the wrong perfumes (Mito de Sorrento - which smelt awful and was homme) were in the cellophane packaged boxes. Messaged them on Instagram as I thought they would be able to rectify with a replacement, it was their mistake after all and they ship internationally. I was called a liar as they had opened every box" in their store and apparently no others were incorrect. This was despite photographic evidence from me along with a receipt. They then said they would not accept a return as the item had been opened
