I shipped back clothing from a wedding.A wonderful young women carefully packed everything up and shipment arrived flawless.Great service and I felt confident this DHL office new what they were doing.P.s I had an airtag in the box to track the box and also used DHL's tracking #.Worked out great!!!

Non rispettano i tempi di consegna, il sito non funziona, i link nemmeno, è quasi impossibile trovare un numero di telefono e quando lo trovi non rispondono.

Dopo aver pagato per la consegna rapida 24/48 h nel giorno in cui era prevista la consegna il corriere non è passato ma mi è arrivata la mail dove lui confermava di non aver trovato nessuno in casa. Di conseguenza il giorno dopo sono stato tutto il tempo davanti alla finestra e ancora una volta il corriere non è passato ma ha segnalato il contrario e di non aver trovato nessuno in casa. Veramente imbarazzanti
