Esperienza coinvolgente!.Cibo buonissimo!!!!!Il proprietario ti spiega molto volentieri le origini e gli ingredienti dei piatti ,attento alle esigenze del cliente e sempre gentilissimo!Consiglio a tutti,prezzi bassi per tutto quello che offre il ristorante!Caffè offerto,focaccia offerta!Andate!!!

It's our first night in Bolzano and we found this place on the map, we didn't have a high expectation but it ended up surprisingly great.The food was delicious and with an amazing price, staffs were really nice told us we were ordering too much since they have a very large portion. But provided that we still wanted to try the dish so they allow us to only have half of the portion with half the price. The only difficulty was that the menu has no English translation so we made some guesses with pictures and our limited Italian and German knowledge, but the overall experience was definitely outstanding. ❤❤❤

Ottimo cibo buonissimo servizio veloce locale molto polito tutto eccellente hanno un buonissimo pane fatta all momento consiglio...a tutto...

Avendo trascorso le vacanze tra Bolzano e dintorni, mi è capitato di rimanere fuori a mangiare spesso e un po' di tutto, ma niente ha retto il paragone con Schnitzelhaus.Il locale è luminoso e pulito, la cucina praticamente casereccia, con cibo fresco, pietanze strepitose e porzioni generose. Dulcis in fundo, il proprietario è una persona squisita, di una disponibilità e cortesia che scaldano il cuore. Affidatevi ai suoi consigli, non ve ne pentirete.Raccomando a chiunque faccia un salto in zona di non perderselo: esperienza indimenticabile nella sua piacevolezza e unicità. Il mio unico rimorso è che le foto che ho scattato ai piatti non rendano loro giustizia!

Il proprietario è l'ingrediente in più, esuberante e molto disponibile. Ero venuto per la Schnitzel e ho mangiato un piatto kurdo... Top!

We waited for our food for 50 minutes. We ordered schnitzel, and the place is called Schnitzel Haus... How funny is that? The food and service was OK, but overall experience was still disappointing.Wouldn't recommend if you want to experience something culturally local.

MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT:I went to this restaurant with a group of friends, and I would not be exaggerating when I say that this has been my worst experience in a restaurant. I would put 0 stars if I could.The overall service was terrible:- The waiters and people working behind the bar were children, one of them looked no older than 12 years old.- The manager came to our table to explain that they were very busy in the kitchen, which was surprising because the restaurant was almost empty. Then he explained that we should take their menu because it would be much faster, but which was of course the most expensive thing. Then he proceeded to almost force us to make a choice right away, without seeing the menu and while 3 of our friends were not present as they were in the bathroom. He then only gave us 3 menus even though we were 8 people, and he was carrying a big pile of maybe 20 menus.- The kitchen team was fighting in the kitchen.The wait:- We have to wait 1 to 2 hours for our food.- My friends who were very hungry and thus decided to take their “faster menu” were served last, about 2h after they ordered.- They kept saying that their kitchen was very busy but again the restaurant was empty.The food was terrible:- The burgers looked worse than mc Donald’s burgers. The fries were served 30 min after the burgers.- The pizza was tasteless.- Their most expensive menu was just a badly cooked chicken on bulgur …- I did not receive what I ordered which was a plate of bulgur with vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, peppers etc) with falafel. Instead, they served me falafel on top of badly cooked bulgur with pieces of pasta in it. When I complained they just added some salad on the side …Cleanliness:- The cook came to our table to recommend their “faster menu” which was as mentioned not fast at all. He was extremely sweaty, sweat was dripping down his face, and his tee-shirt was full of stains.- We also saw the cook taking a big spoon of the food he was cooking on top of the pan…I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

Consiglio a tutti di provare la cucina di questo ristorante. Affidatevi alla creatività dello chef e non rimarrete delusi. Ampia scelta, anche per vegetariani. Prezzi molto onesti.
