Stanza semplice e ben curata, ottima posizione in centro, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, piccola nota negativa e che manca la reception in loco ma raggiungibile 5 minuti a piedi.

Bellissima location, arredi moderni e di design, una gust house di lusso!Personale molto gentile e attento.

Nice place, 3 rooms total in this location. Main place within 5min walking distance. Clean rooms and very kind and helpfull staff! Average breakfast. Good price compared to quality and location. Minus for bathroom, possible to use only one shower at time as water got chill both used. Accesories quality average. Will offer all you need for couple of days staying in Rome, nothing special or luxury.

Guesthouse tra piazza di Spagna e fontana di Trevi, molto belline le stanze e buono il servizio. Anche se non c'è la reception perché è APPUNTO una guesthouse, il personale è sempre in contatto.

Staff gentilissimo, camere di design belle e pulite, vicino a tutto, consigliatissimo. A+++

Quaint, clean room overlooking a charming narrow alley. Nice, renovated bathroom, though shower is very narrow. Bed is round and extremely firm, which works if that is your thing, but we would have preferred something a little more plush. Room accommodations were fine otherwise. If you looking for true 3/4 star luxury, definitely keep looking, but if you want an authentic, clean and quiet place to stay, with walking distance to most attractions, this will work just fine. The shopping, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are top notch! Check out Gregory's Jazz Club, Enoteca Barberini (had live music and super frinedly staff) the rooftop bar at Hotel 87, and the restaurant right across the way, Il Giardino. Antica Osteria 1909.

No reseption, but nice and easy rooms.

Very nice, stylish, clean and well managed guest house. Lovely people who go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible..
