Worst experience ever. They gave us a car with a completely worn out tire, it popped in the middle of the mountains and their emergency number doesn’t work. We had to pay for toll and tire replacement and they do not want to reimburse. We were in the middle of nowhere and we didn’t spoke the language, we where very scared and couldn’t get any help from AVIS or Budget. Their numbers weren’t working. Thankfully someone called the police and we could get to the town center. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, life threatening situation when the worn out tire popped (completely different from the others).It looks like they put it on purpose because none of the other tires were like that.
