EFFE Investigazioni surpassed our expectations when finding a missing person in Napoli, Italy. I hired EFFE Investigazioni to help my friend find her missing mother who was living in Napoli. My first goal was to have them find the last address of my friend's mother, which my friend had lost. To our surprise, within two days of investigation, EFFE Investigazioni found my friend's mother, even though we had provided very limited information about her and there weren't any records of her, since she is originally from Romania. She was in a bad health condition and couldn't walk and had no money. Both Ettore and Natalia, the persons we dealt with from EFFE, are very kind, humane and professional invididuals. They helped my friend's mom in many ways. They gave her food and money for food right away when they found her. They took her to a shelter where she could live more confortably. They also helped us send her back to Romania, even though she had lost her documents, which they knew how to obtain from the Romanian embassy in Rome. They also helped with the air transportation. They were very knowledgeable and efficient about everything. They took this case very personally and were genuinely concerned about my friend's mom. They constantly have been asking my friend how her mom is, after her mom returned to Romania. The price EFFE charges for their services is very reasonable for the quality of service and personal touch that they provide.
