Our experience with Holiday Solutions was very positive. We were able to stay in a very convenient apartment in Cernobbio that was available last minute. Check-in and payments all online. Communication via whatapp. Thank you for the help and see you soon again!

Very disappointing and would not recomend to anyone! It all started at the front door which we could not open. After one hour luckily a waiter from the restaurant in the same building opened the door for us. We rang different doorbells but no one was there to open the door for us. After that we went inside and tried to open the door with an APP called Sclak. It did not work since we didn‘t get the code which we needed to open the apartement. There was no key under the door mat as we were told that it was. Since it was already 10pm we were forced to look for a hotel which was very difficult because of high season and also very expencive. But the WORST was the conversation. We were told it was our fault and if others were able to open the door we should be able to do so too. No excuse. We checked all the photos they send us and we then found out we were standing in front of the wrong appartement. We were supposed to recognize the right appartement by the door mat!!! There was a slightly different door mat on the pictuture and we were supposed to recognize the appartement by this detail. Also we told them about the code from the APP that we didn‘t get and we were told they could not do anything against it since it was a fault of the APP which obviously also made no difference for us.They also didn‘t write us which floor etc. The conversation was horrible and we asked for the money back for the first night and also for the whole troubles we had but we were told it is our fault and they wouldn‘t pay anything back. Also to mention that we are young and travel a lot and we know how to help ourselfs… Wouldn‘t recomend staying with Holiday Solutions for anyone! The only good thing was the location and the apartement itself which was quite big and nice.

Absolutely traumatic experience! We were left stranded in Como with no accommodation after the company double booked our apartment. This was on a Saturday evening, in a violent thunderstorm and they didn't even apologise! Awful company, to be avoided at all costs.

Il nostro soggiorno a Como è stato perfetto. La città è bellissima e il nostro appartamento era perfetto. Abbiamo effettuato un veloce check-in online che ci ha permesso di poter muoverci liberamente senza orari e senza attese. La ragazza con cui abbiamo parlato per avere informazioni e consigli è stata disponibilissima e ci ha davvero sciolto ogni dubbio. Appartamento moderno, ben curato e pulito. Consigliato vivamente.

Simply bad. The facilities to especially the customer service - unfriendly and arrogant communication. They charge extra for a baby cot and instead of a mattress they put towels and charged us 45€.Not the Italian hospitality we are used to in Italy. Very rude!

Terrible, we booked the accommodation a few months ago in Cute appartement Como. we got an conformation mail. When we told the owner when we would arive, 3 days before we booked the house, she told us in an reaction in a chat that there was a dubbel resurvation. So that meant that we couldnt come anymore. We never got any cancelation or an email or phone call or whatever. So we had to find a hotel last minute what was way more expensive and 7 km from como. And when we asked for any compensation, they told us they cant help us.So conclusion: If you want to book something without risk if you cab come or not. Dont book this house.

The apartment was advertised with free parking, air conditioning and washing machine. Free parking was not available due to works being done, agent tried to say it wasn't free parking before admitting it was, as agreed by VRBO. Told me to pay and they would refund, no refund has been made to date. Informed us the day we were arriving that the airconditioning wasn’t working and would be repaired, or they would send fans. No fans came,and they didn’t even attempt to repair the airconditioning. Also on the day of arrival we were told the washing machine didn’t work, and whilst they did repair the washing machine on last day, the repair man used the t towel which was black so we couldn't use again. The three things listed were probably the main reasons we had chosen the property as we were aware of limited parking, we knew airconditioning was important and we needed the washing machine at this point in our holiday. Absolutely not happy with paying for services we did not receive and the having to pay MORE for parking on top. I am most disapointed with the service and I doubt they will give a response that will be truthfull as it will mean they have to own up to being wrong. Please pay me the money you owe and rest assured we'll never cross paths again.
