Belle stanze, moderne e pulite,letto comodo e posizione centrale,non lontana dalla stazione.Peccato che al nostro arrivo le camere fossero ghiacciate e per raggiungere una temperatura accettabile ci siano volute alcune ore

Ottima accoglienza check-in perfetto, ragazzi disponibili a dare qualsiasi informazione. Ottima la struttura, nuova, elegante e molto pulita. Ottima la posizione a 2 minuti dalla stazione, a 1 minuto per l'autobus Portovenere e Lerici; nel centro città di La Spezia con molti localini e ristoranti. Consigliato al 100%

À notre arrivée nous avons facilement trouvé l’immeuble Et avons sonné 150 000 fois sans réponse nous avons poireauté 45 minute devant La porte quand enfin quelqu’un sort de l’immeuble nous entrons prenons l’ascenseur jusqu’au deuxième sauf que celui ci s’arrête seulement au demi étage on s’est alors retrouvé à descendre un peu moin d’une trentaine de marché avec toute nos valises.Nous voici sur un palier on sonne de nouveaux mais cette fois à la porte de l’appartement ( dans lesquels ce situe les chambre ) 10min... 15min...20min... quelqu’un entre et nous ouvre . A l’intérieur de l’appartement une réception mais personne pour nous accueillir personne ne répond non plus au téléphone. On est planté là avec nos bagage depuis maintenant 1hr quand un voisins de chambre nous viens en aide en contactant le proprio directe sur son portable celui ci nous donne toute les infos pour enfin accéder à notre chambre.Il n’y a pas de personnels et il répond 1 fois sur 5 au téléphone.Bon bref en arrivant dans la chambre très belle surprise elle est très belle avec un grand dressing une belle hauteur sous plafond et les équipements intérieur sont pas mal Même si il manquais tout de même un micro ondes et que le frigo n’était pas froid du tout . De plus le ménage n’a jamais était fait en 3 jour.Et pour finir l’emplacement est géniale proche du port et en plein centre ville Malgré sa pas de nuisance sonore

Affitta camere a La Spezia a prezzo abbastanza buono e pulito.Sito nel pieno centro della città.Vicino molti ristoranti, lungo mare e altre attrazioni.Comodo ai parcheggi a pagamento e non.Ottimo punto di partenza per le 5 terre.Check in e out automatico senza la presenza di persone.

Location is great. Safety box is a little small but the room is really safe, you must go through 2 other coded doors in the building in order to access the room. There is no chair or a sitting spot in the room, which is uncomfortable and weird because it has a table that seems like a desk. And last and the most unfortunate is the disgusting cigarette smell that seemed to seep through the pipes, I dont know if there were people smoking in other rooms, but the odor was stuck in the bathroom and the room entrance. One night, it was so strong that it even woke us up. Sadly, the A/C wasn't that good either, too loud and little cooling power.

Stanza molto bella e pulita, posizione ottima in quanto situata vicino al centro di La Spezia e alla stazione ferroviaria. Quando si arriva occorre chiamare il numero di telefono che si trova affisso sul muro, da cui si riceveranno tutte le informazioni necessarie.
