Beautiful hotel in a cute little area. Ultra modern, very new, industrial style hotel. From other reviews I worried about the parking situation, but the overflow lot is right next to the hotel, not a block away like I had read. Parking passes were given upon check in, no big deal if you can’t fit into the spots right next to the door.Our room was super cool, huge tv, comfy bed, amazing pillows and a thermostat that worked like a dream. I like it cold when I sleep & I successfully got the temperature down to 65° within an hour or so on a sunny day. Loved the vintage style mini fridge, the little coffee station in the room & the subway tiles in the bathroom. I didn’t mind the way the sink drained, the aesthetic was fantastic.Had a fun dinner & drinks at Famille & went back to the room & just enjoyed the comfort. It was quiet & the blackout curtains kept it pitch black inside. I need those for my apartment.Great staycation night for us, ignore the lame reviews, this place was really nice

You have a very high standard hotel in a quality environment which attracted me and and I believe it also gets others coming, services are perfect.

A wonderfull hotel and the location was also perfect. The room are big and comfortable . Their customer service was very nice . I like my stay here.

Siamo stati su questa splendida isola io e il mio compagno a settembre, mare stupendo,pace calmarelax,camere pulite,vista meravigliosa dalla finestra della nostra camera. Devo dire che il Sign.Leonardo e sua moglie Rosa sono stati molto cordiali e gentili,giro in barca bellissimo...i figli molto preparati,non me lo aspettavo ma le grotte di Marettimo sono meravigliose,ci siamo trovati davvero bene anche con la gente del posto,da consigliare !!

We stayed in the structure two nights. The rooms are comfortable clean with air conditioning. The structure is located near restaurants the beaches are covered with stones and sometimes difficult to reach. Excellent boat ride with Fabio I highly recommend

Ambiente misero rispetto agli standard dell’isola: prezzi elevati per una cameretta che dava sullo stendino comune (ciò ha impedito privacy) ed una pulizia assente (in cinque giorni la camera non è mai stata pulita, frigo non usufruibile perché pieno di peli, televisione non funzionante ed una sola presa..in bagno). Il famigerato terrazzo con vista non è riservato agli ospiti ma viene usato dai proprietari per cenare con gli amici (impossibile starci). La confusione dei proprietari, soprattutto la mattina, lascia pensare di essere al mercato. La salita per giungere a questo affitta-camere non è asfaltata ed è ripida: non siamo stati avvisati ed è stato davvero faticoso farla con le valige sotto il sole. L’esperienza con la proprietaria Francesca e con sua madre è stata pessima: avevamo preso accordi per una cifra (la stessa che era su Booking e della quale ho gli screen ma della quale non abbiamo usufruito su richiesta della proprietaria) e per una determinata stanza (con terrazza) ma al nostro arrivo ci siamo ritrovati a dover pagare molti più soldi senza ricevere un degno trattamento…al contrario siamo stati aggrediti verbalmente e la cosa ci ha lasciati scioccati. L’unica cosa che ha saputo dirmi la proprietaria? ‘Le parole volano’ (riferendosi alle telefonate precedenti per accordarci). Infine vorrei commentare le loro proposte sul giro dell’isola in barca: diffidate perché abbiamo trovato molti altri tour a prezzi più modesti e davvero validi (Incaviglia ne è l’esempio).Ho viaggiato molto e non mi sono mai ritrovata in una situazione del genere: se non fosse stato per l’acconto versato saremmo venuti via immediatamente. Posso solo sconsigliare questo host che si è rivelato una nota negativa in un’isola davvero magica.

Very nice and modern hotel, pleasant staff, beautiful courtyard, and many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is a three star hotel offering a great experience. Would stay here when back.
