I had to cancel my week of Italian language training due to sickness. The customer service at this school is basically non-existent. No information on cancellation policy on the website, the reply to e-mails takes a week and consists of few syllables. To keep EUR 250 as a deposit"

I loved my lessons with Lella. She helped me with grammar, vocabulary and conversation in a friendly and fun way. It was a very good experience for me in Otranto. I highly recommend to enroll with Carlo and ILS.

Excellent school to learn Italian for foreign visitors in Italy!!Learned so much from Valentina! She is amazing!Carlo, head of the school, is so helpful and attentive to the needs and progress of the students..And Otranto is a beautiful and historical city that is an inspiration to learn..I highly recommend ILS Italian Language School for anyone wants to learn Italian… either as a beginner… or to improve their language skills!!
