AVOID THIS IS A SCAM.Truffa del cambio all'aeroporto di Bari. Ho chiesto di contare 600 euro e senza darmi la risposta mi hanno dato £376. Non ho toccato i soldi e ho chiesto la restituzione dei miei soldi. Sono stato coperto di minacce e la signorina ha fatto finta di chiamare la Polizia pensando che io avessi paura. Purtroppo la polizia non ha risposto ed avevo un aereo da prendere. Ho scritto una email di reclamo e la signora Serena Seghi invece di chiedere scusa mi ha risposto con minaccia di denuncia per avere fotografato la sua dipendente in modo da individuarla e dicendomi che non avrei avuto alcun rimborso. Sono d'accordo con tutte le review. Una vera a propria truffa. Ora leggendo le reviews capisco la sicurezza della loro operatrice che mi ha rubato i soldi rifiutando di ridarmeli. Denunciateli. Più persone li denunciano e meglio è. Non perdete tempo a scrivere a customer service perché è proprio la ditta marcia. Evitate questa truffa è denunciate dappertutto. Ladri autorizzati per legge. Scandaloso che nessuno intervenga. Non vedo l'ora che mi denuncino così facciamo vedere al giudice e ai media tutte queste recensioni.Appena prendono i vostri soldi, loro considerano l'operazione gia fatta e si rifiutano di restituire i soldi e di accettare che uno ha solo chiesto di contare e sapere quanti soldi avrebbero dato. Nei loro cartelli non si capisce nulla e non c'e' scritto che hanno una commissione del 20 o 30%. Inoltre nella loro ricevuta non c'e' scritto a quale cambio hanno cambiato ma solo il totale in Euro and in GBP. Sono dei ladri. La ditta e' di Firenze e rubano in moltissimi aeroporti d'Italia e si approfittano del fatto che la maggior parte sono turisti che vanno di fretta e devono prendere un aereo. Ti rispondono che loro hanno fatto tutto legalmente perche' considerano la transazione gia effettuata appena vi rubano i soldi e non ve li restituiscono piu. Non avete nessun diritto di cambiare idea una volta che hanno preso i vostri soldi. Ladri. Un vero e proprio SCAM organizzato a regola d'arte.

Abbiamo pagato una spesa del 19,90% di interessi sulla quota totale in Euro da cambiare più una commissione fissa pari a 9,90Euro. Inoltre, hanno applicato il tasso di cambio finanziario pari a 0,78 sterline nel nostro caso anziche' quello di borsa pari a 0,88 sterline e quindi un ulteriore svantaggio. Infine, l' operatrice dello sportello non e' stata particolarmente trasparente nei confronti di mia zia omettendole il capitolo di spesa più oneroso e cioe' la somma relativa agli interessi. I cannot blame the cashier she just works there. But even when I asked her to just cancel she said it cannot be done even tho 0.02 seconds happened in between. She pointed to her “refund policy” sign which is conveniently placed on the other corner so you don’t see it which states that once money is handed is cannot be refunded. I didn’t even sign my receipt and she kept my dollars plus I took an $80 USD loss from this transaction.

Today it was my turn guys.I came today to Bari from a flight at 06:05 AM and the first thing I tought was exchange money because I wouldn't be able to do it at 08:00 PM in Tirana...I traded 6700 leks (+/- 63€) and I paid 95.50€ for everything. Right after change the money I realised that something wasn't good due the amount I paid, and when I asked her for the detailed bill with the rates and % on it and she said that can't do it.0 helpfull and answering during the process :(
