quick and easy process. Booked online at a good rate directly on their website, no hassle with scratches and debit card accepted with the full insurance. Got an upgraded car with only 3000km. The guys working there very friendly.The shuttle minivan is near the airport parking cash desk (on the left when you exit the airport), next to a multilevel parking. You will see many people there. Look for the minivan with parkingo on it.

Zero hassle. Quick collection and drop off. No quibbling about damage we didn’t do or fuel levels. Great customer service and got a better car than we expected. Very pleasantly surprised as you hear horror stories about car hire companies. Highly recommend them.

Noleggio a soli 500 metri dall’aeroporto di Pisa facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sede un po’ troppo disastrata con personale accogliente ma troppo lento nelle operazioni di registrazione e consegna auto (quasi un’ora). Macchina perfetta, nuova e pulita. Prezzi decisamente convenienti rispetto ai competitor.

Ho affittato diverse volte e non ho avuto problemi, ma due volte è stata una brutta esperienza.Auto senza manutenzione!Una volta che ho noleggiato e finito l'AdBlue l'ultima volta che l'auto si è fermata e sono rimasto senza auto per tornare dal mio viaggio.

Worst car rental exoerience ever!!!!Slow service, rude staff, no information about that you need a credit card (only a credit card) debit card not accepted, unless you can’t take the car, or obviously if you pay the fully insurance which cost nearly triple price than you can take the car with a debit card, it’s ridicuolus at all. Find another place to rent!!!

We rented 3 cars here, receiving the cars went fine and the cars themselves were also okay, we were actually quite satisfied. However after delivering the cars and getting a thumbs up for the cars being totally fine we received multiple extra charges on our credit cards. We tried contacting the firm with no avail for an explanation(whilst we were able to contact them prior to our trip). We are incredibly mad and dissatisfied with their service and are still waiting for them to reach out to us. We expect them to do so, if not, legal repercussions will follow.

Hired a car from Rental Plus through Discover Cars and dropped off in Rome. A great Ford Fiesta. No dramas. I was nervous when I read the reviews immediately before picking the car up but it all went smoothly. The staff at pickup went out of their way to help us determine which car would fit all of our suitcases, so happy with the service.

Cars and service were fine but we were did not receive the full amount of our deposit. Now they won’t answer any emails, go somewhere else.
