Awful service for the return to the airport. Waited 1.25 hour for it not to show up in the sweltering heat even though we were told it would be “ten minutes” every time we asked. Would not recommend!

Super schnelle Möglichkeit, direkt vom Flughafen nach Venedig zu kommen, 27 Euro hin und rückticket, Abfahrt ging sehr zügig, Personal freundlich, und man ist sofort an der richtigen Haltestelle, wesentlich einfacher und schneller als mit Zug und anschließender Weiterfahrt

Wasser(sammel)Taxi vom Flughafen nach San Marco.Das Boot ist komplett voll. Die Leute müssen Ihre Koffer mit reinnehmen.Der Geruch in dem Schiff war unerträglich, was bestimmt auch an vielen frisch parfümierten Gästen lag.Der An- und Ablegestil ist grausam. Das Boot ist mehrfach „eingeschlagen“. Da hat es ein paar Leute von den Sitzen gehauen.Also entweder sich ein privates Wassertaxi leisten, welche auch deutlich schneller sind, oder den Bus nehmen.Viel sieht man eh nicht aus dem Boot heraus.

This method of transport is the cheapest but one has to decide whether to lose time or save money. The crew is not too helpful with luggage and wants you to hurry on and off. Took forever to leave the terminal and the. Another hour to get to the Rialto hotel. Water taxis sped by as we waded through the waterway.

Staff completely uninterested in assisting tourists. Made to feel like I was asking them a favour when trying to purchase tickets or get information on schedule / drop points etc. More interested in talking to each other. I wonder why people like this are hired when they clearly don’t want to engage with tourists. Suggest an overall of staff is needed, extremely bad first impression of getting into Venice.

Bought tickets and was told to wait outside for someone to take me to the boat for departure in 20 minutes. The person showed up in 15 minutes. We started walking, and then he started to run. We missed the boat. Told it would be another 30 minutes until the next boat.

Preis ist sensationell gut! Aber: Wenn man nicht am Start gleich einsteigt, fällt die Chance mitgenommen zu werden. Zumindest bei der Linie orange, da die Boote nicht groß sind. Die Stationen werden zwar alle angefahren, aber nur um mitzuteilen, dass das Boot voll ist; dann heißt es 1 h warten und hoffen… Diese Lotterie ist auf dem Weg zum Flughafen unnötiger Nervenkitzel! Wir waren in Coronazeiten im leeren Venedig; wie das in Hochzeiten sein soll, möchte ich nicht wissen. Aktuell wurde ab der Station Rialto niemand mehr mitgenommen….

Wir sind vom Airport Venedig mit der Fähre in die Stadt gefahren. Orangene Linie. Es waren ca 16 Personen an Bord. Es wurde auf Hygieneregeln nicht geachtet. Meines Erachtens saßen wir zu eng beieinander. Auch wurde nicht darauf geachtet, ob andere Fahrgäste die Maske trugen. Die Fahrt dauert circa 40 Minuten. Ich bin froh, dass wir diese Anfahrt gewählt haben. Es hat sich gelohnt
