Disastro, ognuno che arriva sì trova a pagare più (a me hanno sparato più del doppio) per costi nascosti anche se si pensa di aver già pagato il totale online. Da evitare assolutamente.

Avoid at all costs and don't be fooled by the lower price. Despite full insurance from the broker, they will force your insurance on you, they will not give you a contract, claiming that it will come by e-mail (never will), they will defend themselves against describing the damage to the vehicle and they will drag out the whole procedure indefinitely. They can also try to give you a car with damage that they know well (I had a broken mirror, which I noticed in time). When taking photos or videos of the vehicle, avoid embracing the crew because they will scare you with the police, who should take care of them first. Terrible and dishonest company.

If I could give them a zero star I would! We reserved a small car. When we arrived they told us we were ten minutes late and they had given our car to another person. We had prepaid for the car and insurance. When we arrived we were told that we needed to pay again and buy insurance again. The car died while we were at the beach. We thought it was the battery but it wasn’t. Someone jump started it for us but the car is dead. New car with only 3000 kilometres on the odometer. We tried calling the roadside assistance number. It was the wrong number! We tried phoning the office multiple times but no one answers. This is a scam company! Avoid them!

Ho prenotato uno scooter online. Vado per ritirarlo e mi dicono che L’ASSISTENZA STRADALE È OBBLIGATORIA e può essere acquistata solo in loco. Falsi e approfittatori. Dovete chiudere

Hired my car via their website. Upon arrival I was 20 minutes early. No problem as there were customers in front of me. However when it was my turn , I was advised that my car was not ready. I had ordered a Peugout 2008, I was given an upgrade to a brand new MG TS. It was petrol and I wanted a diesal, but the car made up for it. The customer care team where excellent. Thankyou. I was advised the route to take when returning the car. However when entering the car park I could not see any OK Mobility signs, there might be some there but my wife and I couldnt see then. However we did recognise one of the agents from the previous week. He was able to direct us, and then checked over the car. Many thanks to all the team at OK Mobility at Catania Airport

Worst customer experience and scamers, don't rent with them if you don't want to loose money

Horrible experience, I will never rent from them again. They are dishonest, as others have said. We booked a small car; when we arrived they said they didn't have it and forced us to rent a bigger car and to pay 300 euros more. They never sent the contract by email.Avoid them by all means

The worst company. They didn't give us a contract. Later it turned out that they did not describe all the damage to the car and they made us pay for it! Scammers!

Vi invito ad ascoltare il loro modo di operare al desk all'arrivo di ogni nuovo cliente. Lo schema è sempre lo stesso: trovare un modo per RADDOPPIARE i costi.L'azienda non è davvero corretta!Nel nostro caso hanno dato la colpa alla ditta madre (CHE PER correttezza preciso che NON ci ha inviato un contratto completo) cui avevamo noleggiato l'auto: nonostante avessimo compreso le garanzie le loro non erano valide o quanto meno sicure" e quindi era assolutamente opportuno spere il doppio per avere una nuova assicurazione compresa.
