We had a wine tasting on a weekday afternoon just for 2 people and it was just a really nice experience. We do this often when in wine areas (so did quite some tastings before) and can say it was really outstanding nice. Giovanni does it himself and you can ask all kind of questions that he is happy to answer. Very interesting how he manages his vinyards the natural way and the wines are so different and balanced out - just really great taste. Can highly recommend :)

CORTE QUAIARA
We were traveling through this region and were recommended by another winery to stop by. We were simply BLOWN AWAY. Giovanni was an absolute legend who took the time to give us an intimate tour and tasting. By the end, we felt like family smiling ear to ear with a new appreciation for the passion and care of quality wine making. I’d leave a 6th star, but that is sadly not possible.

In una splendida giornata primaverile, abbiamo potuto visitare i vigneti e la cantina per poi degustare vini di alto livello ed elevata qualità.Chapeau a Giovanni Montresor, padrone di casa cortese e capace di trasmettere tutta la passione che infonde nel suo lavoro.

Giovanni has truly honed his craft as a wine maker and business man. He greeted us warmly, took the time to walk us through the wine production process, and gave us an extraordinary wine tasting of four different wines. Can not recommend this place enough! 10/10

CORTE QUAIARA
Maybe the best wine tasting we’ve ever had so far! Giovanni took us through the vineyard and explained the different grape varieties he is using. Corte Quaiara has a varietal approach and all the wines are absolutely spectacular. Special mention to the Pinot Noir which can earnestly rate among very good Bourgognes. The sparkling wine made in the traditional method and with Champagne grape varieties is also a special treat, different in many ways but totally as worthy. Deserves a visit!

Giovanni is the owner of this winery and is hands down one of the nicest and most patient people I have ever met. He took his time answering all of our questions and walked us through each stage of the wine making process. And the wine! Phenomenal! He let us taste 4 bottles, both red and white. Worth your time.
