Panerai Firenze Boutique

Great experience. Martina was patient and friendly with my wife and I as we went through the various design options available. It’s our first time in Italy and Martina made it a memorable experience giving us a tour of the Panerai museum and explaining the company’s heritage. It wasn’t just buying a watch and walking out the door. It was as special as visiting the other Firenze landmarks. We were standing in the store where the company began. I was getting a watch from this historical boutique. This is an experience I was after because I was taking home an iconic timepiece as souvenir from the birthplace of the company. Now that’s special! I also got a passport stamp to show for! ;)

Was served by Ren, who made not only my first purchase experience great, but also helped to make sure my family was properly entertained and rested with drinks. Patiently explained and even went through the steps for strap removal. Hailing from Singapore and finding my first watch in the flagship store of Panerai, what a superb experience!

This is not just a boutique - it is where it all started and it also has a small museum explaining the origins of officine panerai. I had a great time there and was attended by extremely knowledgeable and polite staff. If you consider yourself a Panerista you won't regret a visit.

Had a great experience at Panerai in Florence! My advisor Patrizio was amazing. Super patient, very knowledgeable about the products and the history of Panerai. I asked him for something special and out of the ordinary and he brought me this PAM00931.  After explaining all the features, and it’s limited run, I decided this would be a great memory of a great experience and a beautiful town and country. Thank you Patrizio for making the experience so great  and for the awesome coffee table book that I will no doubt read and prominently display at home.

Great watch experience with Ren. He was patient and guided me and explained to be the history behind the watch. Definitely a great experience. My two brothers bought their watch here. I did not buy mine this time round but I will be back again! Thank you for the exceptional service!

Sono venuto appositamente a Firenze da Bologna per visitare questo negozio storico, IL negozio Panerai dove è cominciato tutto.La visita è valsa ogni kilometro fatto.La Signora Martina mi ha accompagnato per tutto il negozio mostrandomi la loro esposizione, di orologi nuovi e storici, con una gentilezza e una professionalità uniche.È bello sapere che ci sono ancora professionisti e persone di livello.Bellissimo negozio, accoglienza eccezionale. Punto di riferimento obbligato per gli appassionati.

Oggi mi sono fatto un regalo, mi sono coccolato in quella che è la mia più grande passione, e sono andato alla Boutique Panerai di Firenze che è ubicata davanti il maestoso Duomo in una cornice unica.La boutique nasce dal restauro dello storico negozio e mi ha fatto da cicerone la gentilissima sig.ra Paola, che mi fatto conoscere la struttura nonché alcuni modelli su mia richiesta.Gentilezza, cura del cliente, passione estrema per questo marchio storico sono di casa. Fa piacere che il marchio si stia differenziando in risposta alle sfide moderne, e che sia sempre disponibile ad accontentare la più esigente clientela nella produzione, quando altri marchi famosi e non famosi non consegnano quasi più.Ciliegina sulla torta: il restauro dell’ufficio del fondatore ai piani superiori dove c’è un’attrattiva UNICA, e la disponibilità della gentilissima sig.ra Paola ad accompagnare il cliente a un vicino ristorante.GRAZIE PAOLA E FORZA PANERAI

Non credo che potrò mai entrarci ma il negozio Panerai è un mito tutto italiano nato appunto a Firenze.Il negozio è semplice ma sontuoso allo stesso tempo e fa traspirare la sua ormai secolare storia.I modelli esposti alle vetrine hanno prezzi sicuramente proibitivi per un normale turista ma guardare non costa nulla come immaginarsi al polso una di queste stupende macchine misura tempo.Splendida la collocazione proprio affaccia sul Campanile di Giotto che sottolinea un orgoglio italiano.
