Mail Boxes Etc. - Centro MBE 3010

Assolutamente da evitare!dopo che il pacco ha subito un grave danno, non mi è stata data alcuna assistenza nè rimborso! Procederò per vie legali.

My husband and I purchased a painting from a company in Germany. They will ship to Europe but not to the United States. We had the painting shipped to my cousin in Torino. When the package arrived in Torino The cardboard exterior was ripped and punctured but, luckily, the painting was not damaged. My cousin took the painting to Mailbox Etc Centro MBE 3010 in Torino where it was repackaged to send to us in California. The package arrived in less than five days and was wrapped magnificently! It was double wrapped in heavy cardboard and completely wrapped in tape marked FRAGILE. The painting itself was protected by bubble wrap, foam around the entire exterior and thinner cardboard. It was in excellent condition when we received it so many miles away from Torino!We would highly recommend anyone sending any product, especially anything fragile, from this company. We are extremely pleased with his work!!

Assolutamente da consigliare, servizio top: rapido, efficace e salva-vita!!Sono in Toscana, in vacanza,a settimana di ferragosto.Mia moglie partorisce un mese in anticipo e mi ritrovo praticamente senza nulla a disposizione se non la borsa pre-parto.Chiamo MBE il venerdì mattina e spiego la situazione.Venerdì pomeriggio vanno a recuperare direttamente la merce a casa mia a Pinerolo (passeggino e borsa preparata dai parenti).Imballano il tutto e venerdì sera il pacco è in viaggio.Lunedì mattina mi arriva tutto in albergo.Che dire, servizio numero 1...
