We bought a house without knowing much about Italy's-rules and regulations. Margherita Licata guided us through non only closing on the house, but after that helping us from finding workers to renovate, opening a bank account, contracting services such as electricity among many other requirements to be able to make our new house livable. We now have a piece of Sambuca and we are extremely grateful to Margherita.. she goes far and beyond. And she speaks English!
