Such an amazing experience to watch a demonstration of the art of making a glass horse and a behind the scenes explanation. The store has amazing unique pieces for sale. They ship worldwide. There are restrooms available on site.

The overall experience was very nice. I’m however giving 3 stars as the tour with the master at the furnace was extremely short (10-15min). I expected to have way more insights on the history of this amazing craft, but the explanation was very short and shallow.The workshop afterwards was very pleasant though. And you can bring the little “masterpiece” you create with yourself.The whole staff was overall very nice and kind.These guys make pure art with glass.

Abbiamo prenotato la visita sul sito ufficiale. Abbiamo avuto un problemino con la prenotazione (non ho mai ricevuto i biglietti) ma quando siamo arrivati il giormo della visita e abbiamo spiegato il problema era tutto ok e non ci sono stati problemi. La visita consiste nella spiegazione e dimostrazione pratica della realizzazione del vetro in varie tecnice, molto interessante! Il valore del biglietto può essere usato per acquistare un dei souvenir. Alla fine della visita infatti, c'è una mostra di opere in vetro realizzate da loro che possono anche essere acquistati e dopo ancora lo shop con ogetti più piccolo ed economici.L'unica pecca di questa visita è che ci siamo sentiti costantemente seguiti"

Considering the time of the combo tour, it was just enough. The shop is pricey, you may be able to find items for less on Murano (we only stopped for the glass demo) or on Burano (we stopped for lunch and a walking tour). Cool little spot with fairly close up experience of watching a couple of hand made glass products being made. The creator made a glad and a little horse. That part is about 20-30 mins. You sit on a small set of bleachers with cushions passed around and about 15 feet (5 mtrs) from the oven. Pretty cool to watch. There is a commentator explaining the process in Italian and English. Loved the visit to their factory and seeing one of their masters actually create something from molten glass in front of the group visiting. Some extraordinary creations in their shop to buy, but not for all pockets.

La dimostrazione della soffiatura del vetro è stata interessante ma piuttosto breve, circa 15 minuti. Il personale non è particolarmente gentile e gli oggetti in vendita sono più cari rispetto agli altri negozi. Gli spazi esterni dedicati all'attesa dei visitatori sono molto trascurati

I went here for a tour through trip advisor and we loved it! The employee Fabio showed us around and we watched two employees make a few pieces of glass for a custom chandelier and he explained the whole process to us in addition to making great conversation. Afterwards we were showed the showroom and it was jaw dropping. The glass pieces are pure art and are amazing to look at. We bought a few small pieces to bring back as souvenirs but they will ship anything to the US.
