We just purchased a property using ITCASA as our agents. Pierluigi and Tracy were very helpful with the entire process. They are both fluent English speakers which helped immensely as we do not speak Italian. They showed us a number of properties and once we decided to purchase one they helped through every step of the process. Pierluigi guided us through the purchase process, assisted us in getting all the documents needed, got the utilities transferred into our names and even assisted in setting up our Italian bank accounts. We are also using them to get workmen to do some minor repairs to the house and to provide management of the property by checking on it on a regular basis. We could not ask for better agents and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a property in the Arezzo area of Tuscany.
