Struttura ottima,personale gentile e accogliente.Prima colazione ricca e buonissima. Katia persona gentile e pronta a soddisfare il cliente in modo eccellente.Il suo cappuccio schiumato con latte di soia come solo lei sa montare è strepitoso.Grazie a tuttiLaura

Great rooms and location, close to ferry and restaurants. Good connections to train station. Wifi is very reliable.

Overall disappointing experience. This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. The rooms was dirty upon arrival and the staff is not friendly.

This is really, really overpriced. 10-15 min walk from everything in a domestic building, extremely hard to find parking (I found it another 10 min up in the hills). The air-conditioning is caked with dust and didn't work. I had to turn on the fuse in the fusebox to get it working. The price is ridiculous for this low standard, far away in the boondocks. I feel conned.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti, purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi con la struttura.Inizio con dire che lo staff è super professionale e disponibile.Purtroppo abbiamo preso una camera con jacuzzi poiché non andiamo al mare ma non funzionava la serranda quindi sole mai preso, in più aria condizionata che ci ha fatto ammalare, con tutto che abbiamo chiesto di spegnere purtroppo niente e ripartiva continuamente, quindi dormivamo con il piumone a luglio. Armadio inesistente troppo piccolo, con due valigie grandi non ci si può nemmeno muovere in camera.Diciamo che le comodità vere e proprie mancano, ad esempio un fon più veloce (ci ho messo ben 1 h per asciugarli) le spine mancanti ecc.Purtroppo non ne vale 5 stelle!

The hotel was a lovely boutique hotel, right in the center of town, just a minute from the beach and promenade....but what made this hotel MOST amazing was the wonderful staff. They are truly happy, and friendly, and helpful, and made it feel like we were the only ones there (even tho the hotel was booked solid). we must call out Simone, Alice, Denise, Andrea, Denise, Vincenzo, Francesco and Santo---- Vincenzo, the hotel manager even took my postcards to the post office to mail them for me, since it was closed. They gave us all kinds of tips for what to do and see in Cinque Terra, and we were just delighted with our stay. BTW, we had a room with a hot tub and balcony, which was pure heaven each evening! love this hotel!!!!!! (and miss you guys already!)

Un hotel dallo stile contemporaneo, minimalista con un design ricercato e raffinato , una meraviglia architettonica curata nei minimi particolari. Per noi è stato un meraviglioso viaggio nel lusso. La camera era incantevole estremamente romantica , arredata con materiali di lusso e rifinita elegantemente . Fiore all occhiello è,oltre alla professionalità ed ospitalità del direttore e di tutto il personale, il ristorante la colazione è deliziosa. Anche la spa offre una grande piscina e trattamenti esclusivi dove rigenerare corpo e mente.

Booked 3 suites for 3 nights TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, This hotel use to be my favourite location wise and service.This stay was basically the front desk staff trying to make everything hectic and unpleasant.Housekeeping was filthy,  leaving cleaning items in the room , not changing the bedding which had a tanning oil stain. Towels smelt like it was washed in a kitchen. Unbleached, with spots on the corners. In addition they had us pay for parking for 6 hours although the duty manager informed me a day earlier that he won't charge as I am a regular resident.At check out I was served with a rude, disrespectful bigot that made it her duty to override the managers decision as she wanted to charge me initially until the duty manager waived it. As he wasnt available on check out she kept ranting and raised her voice infront of the people checking in which shocked the prospective residents and said you signed a contract at check in

Hotel veramente molto elegante, personale molto gentile. Tutto l'arredamento nuovo e tecnologico, ottima qualità-prezzo. Ho avuto un problema con la camera, poiché dall'esterno di notte si sentiva un apparecchio rumoroso e la persona alla reception ci ha cambiato la stanza con una di livello superiore senza farci pagare la differenza. Questa è classe! È il servizio che tutti i ristoratori dovrebbero offrire in un caso analogo.
