We had many glass goods (decanter, shot glasses, coffee mugs) we shipped home from our trip. When the package arrived (earlier than expected) it was WELL wrapped. Each item inside was also individually wrapped and packaged. They took great care, returned all original packaging including the shopping bags we used to transport the items to MBE. Every item was intact. We are very impressed with the care they took.
