Such a nice experience. It was very interesting to learn about the real italian Gelato and it tasted delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and simpatico. I recommend it to anyone who likes Gelato.

I laboratori di Alessandro sono un'esperienza davvero unica: divertenti e ricchissimi di contenuti sia tecnici sia storici. Io amo sperimentare gusti inusuali e desideravo crearli con i prodotti del mio territorio. Alessandro mi ha supportato in questo desiderio, creandomi un laboratorio personalizzato dove ho potuto mettere a punto delle ricette che posso replicare a casa, anche senza l'uso della gelatiera. Ho provato l'emozione di fare sorbetti raffreddati con la salamoia di ghiaccio e sale, come si faceva prima dell'arrivo dell'energia elettrica!!! Assolutamente da provare. :D

This Gelato Workshop is a 100% must do. Allessandro is not just an expert of what he does but he is also very passionate about Italian icecream. His workshop is the perfect balance between knowledge and techniques! And of course you get to taste as well. Gelato will have no secrets for you anymore after this workshop.

We had a great day with Alessandro teaching us how to make real gelato. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna and we got to take the ice cream back to our hotel and eat it. Yummy!

I would highly recommend taking a gelato class with Alessandro! We were able to choose and then make four gelato flavors and had a wonderful time learning about gelato. Alessandro is a super kind and patient teacher. 5 stars.
