Experience extremely poor.They have sent over an item which was damage, the box it came in had no damage at all.So contacted them and never came back to me after the second email.So I had brought the same item again as I need it to run my truck. So that one turned up yesterday only to find that it was broken again in the same place!So I contacted them and told them and I want a refund for both items and will return them.Well what you thought would be easy they have said that it was packed fine and blame Royal Mail. For both items to be broken in the same place it is very unlikely that royal mail damaged the parcels.This is what I got from them When you will get their reply and their admit for the error in delivery

When things go well they are good, however, if you need help or returning items suddenly not so good.If you can afford to buy elsewhere do so as its worth paying more for effective service in the UKItem I brought was not as described. Despite me proving this they still deny it Not meeting the laws of international.selling!
