Lucrezia was professional, kind, patient, skilled and very courteous and helpful during my translation process. It was all very quick and communication was prompt and personable. After translating it took only a couple days for the translations to be sworn and shipped and are now in my hands and they look great. I will use them again for all my translation needs in Italy and highly recommend them as fair, honest and skilled!
