Not a friendly outdoor shop!We bought a pair of hiking shoes and needed to change to a smaller size. The shoes were only tried outside the shop but the seller did not accept to change them, even if the shoes were like new. Also the attitude of the seller was really ugly and totally unfriendly, topically italian when they don't like you. It's really bad for the image of the town and the rest of the nice things Italy has to offer.Do not recommend this shop.

Wir haben uns in diesem Shop 2 Skibrillen von Slocker gekauft.Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Es wurden uns sehr viele Modelle zum ausprobieren angeboten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist hier sehr gut.Wir empfehlen dieses Fachgeschäft gerne weiter.Willi und Birgit
