I booked the service for 445am this morning going to Fiumicino airport. This was confirmed by Habi the day before and a voucher for the service provided. Communication all appeared good until the time of pick up when no transport arrived. Disappointing, and then having to find an alternative at late notice so as not to miss our flight.

Absolutely horrendous. Never showed up for us at all from our central Rome location. When they were late I called twice before they answered and said they were 10-15 minutes away (already late). But when I kept called again after that wait time they stopped answering and just never showed. Unbelievably disappointing and anyone considering this company should dig further in the reviews for similar experiences. Unprofessional and Unreliable and you proceed at your own risk, especially if you have specific times by which you need to be somewhere.Edit following response below: this is clearly a scam and I can see this in the company’s response to reviews elsewhere too now. I didn’t travel with any children, and I’m happy to share the log of unanswered phone calls, my original booking voucher, and receipts from the taxi I ended up having to take instead. This is incredibly shady. My advice: look elsewhere. Really put our whole group in a bad mood and we were over an hour late to our destination.

We just got back from our trip to Italy and we booked Rome HABI Cabs for 4 different legs of our trip. We are incredibly happy with our decision to use them. They arrived on-time (actually at least 15 minutes early) every time. The drivers were pleasant and easy to find in crowded places as they had our name on a whiteboard sign. All of our drivers spoke English.We had multiple emails reminding us of our rides, which was wonderful and relieved travel related anxiety.I highly, highly recommend booking with them in advance. If we happen to return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use them again.

Klasse Airport-Fahrservice:Wir wollten anfangs mit dem Leonardo Express vom Flughafen in die Stadt fahren. Da wurden wir von jemanden aufgehalten, wo wir denn hinmüssen. Da unser Hotel in der Nähe des Vatikans lag, hätten wir mit dem Leonardo Express (14 € p.P.) bis zum Termini Bahnhof fahren müssen und von dort aus nochmal weiter mit der Metro (x €). Mit dem Rome Habi Cabs zahlt man nur 15 € p.P. und wird direkt vor der Haustüre des Hotels abgesetzt. Wir waren glücklicherweise die Ersten, dessen Hotel angefahren wurde. Der Fahrer war sehr nett. Auch unsere Rückfahrt zum Flughafen haben wir kurzfristig über WhatsApp mit dem Fahrer ausgemacht und wurden pünktlich abgeholt.Wenn man Richtung Leonardo Express Ticketautomaten geht, befindet sich dieses Unternehmen auf der rechten Seite.Wir können den Service sehr empfehlen.

Professional, exceptional service that is extremely fairly priced. You have option of paying by cash or credit card when picked up. Definitely use this service.
