The worst exchange office in Europe. The staff should be ashamed because they are helping to rob not only tourists.

This deserves absolutely no stars. Daylight robbery. Never go here.We were looking for a place to exchange pounds to euros and unfortunately stumbled across this disgusting place. It’s relatively near the train station and is on the street ‘campo san leonardo’.We asked the woman behind the counter for the exchange rate and she clearly showed us 1.123 pounds to a euro. That sounded reasonable so we gave her the money.She took the money without telling us how much we would receive, then only gave us money at a rate of 0.8 pounds to a euro. We immediately asked for the pounds back, but she refused and when we threatened to call the police she said that the police couldn’t do anything.We called the police and they helped us greatly but still couldn’t get her to refund our money.Don’t go there. It’s an absolute scam and robbery. Hope the government will deal with these thieves.

Openly scamming people. Normally, a exchange tells you how much they will owe you. Here they take the money and give you back peanuts.Not sure why this place is operating so openly without any problems. They took 1/4th of the amount as commissions and service fees. Disgusting!

Google review level 8 user. Trust me this a 10000000% scam exchange place, avoid at all cost, $150 USD and I got $95.50 euro. I just didn’t read the reviews before exchanging currency, pay for my stupidity.

Major scam! Avoid at all cost!!! They charge you close to 45% in commission and in fees for the transaction so if you were to change $1000 , you were to get back about $600! And when you confront them, they tell you the fees are posted upfront, but that's a lie! Fee disclaimer is nowhere to be seen except in the left corner in fine print!! And you cannot reverse the transaction!!!

Absolute scam. They gave me 50 euros for $100US and refused to give me my $100 when I refused. NEVER go there!!
